pdfFiller

Pinchas hi! We do not have weekly subscriptions, actually, and never had. It's either monthly charges, or annual. $96 is our annual subscription, correct. If you don't need it for that long, please email [email protected], we'll handle that, no worries. Sorry if any confusion!

Ethan hi! The date of charge was actually an email from us. Maybe you missed it and/or it got to spam? If you don't need a subscription for another year, please email us, it's [email protected]. Thank you. Apologies if any confusion!

Sean hi! We've just sent you an internal request for more information via Trustpilot here. Please let us know your email and the ticket number of your case file with our Support. We will re-investigate ASAP. Thank you.

Cesar hi! Many thanks for a detailed feedback and for reading our earlier replies as well! It IS actually a confusion since there is a difference between having an account, having a free trial and having a paid subscription. Registering an account (pdfFiller is a cloud-based service, so it won't function without one) is indeed free. Once you do that, there is a free trial period, correct. Please note that our free trial period covers full 30 days, with all features/functionalities (including downloads and printing out). This whole month entirely on us is not nothing? Once the free trial expires, a paid subscription comes in, you are right. However, if you are not ready to purchase one, you have a whole month of free use and sufficient time to make up your mind and cancel if you want to.

Sandra hi! Very sorry to read this. Any chance you can provide more details/context to this? What exactly went wrong? Thank you.

Hello Maria Victoria! We've just sent you an internal request for more information via Trustpilot here. Please let us know your email and ticket number of your case filed with our Support. We will revisit is ASAP and get back to you with a detailed explanation/alternative solution. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

Alex hi! Our apologies if any confusion! You probably saw an account registration prompt? Please note that account registration is actually free, and once you do that, there's also a 30-day free trial period. You won't need to pay absolutely anything during this first month, we assure you.

Our apologies if any confusion with the document workflow! As pdfFiller is a cloud-based service, you'd need to start with account registration, before any editing. Account itself is actually free, and once you activate it, there is also a 30-day free trial period. You wouldn't have to pay anything during this first month, we assure you.
