scammy website not free actually charges you instantly no refunss
Their webpage specifically and falsely advertises the service as free. They hide the fact that a paid subscription is required to download the documents you spent time creating until you try downloading them.
It's been good. No issues. Easy to use.
Havent used it much yet but so far it has been really intuitive.
Misleading, claims free but when you try to save it, you REQUIRE a PAID account. Then a 2nd lie and bait and switch: they claim a 30 day free trial, and then a monthly fee or cancel before the end of the trial without fee, BUT... ...it's not free, they claim a $0 charge will occur, but I tried 2 different cards and and got a $1.75 with one and a $1.25 on the other (strangely both VISA from the same Wise acct...= and it also didn't return it (sometimes either a 1ct fee is charged to check the card or the amount is reimbursed...but neither happened...) Just dishonest and also misleading upfront...
Great experience. Very easy to upload PDF and then it pretty much was able to export to a word document with no issues.
Just tell me up front that I will need a forced paid subscription before I spend time editing my document. A waste of time and I you ask me not honest business. And the steps you also need to unsubscribe... everything is designed to let you make mistakes and end up with a subscription. Use one of the free tools out there or any tool that will show you their price before wasting your time. (dont get me wrong, I understand that you provide a service and that needs to be paid for, but at least make it an honest business.
Our apologies if any confusion, Rinke! Please note that pdfFiller offers a 30-day free trial period, prior to any paid subscriptions. Did you use that option? If you are currently running to its end and you would like to make sure the subscription is fully canceled, please email [email protected], we'll check that for you right away, not a problem at all. Once again, apologies if any confusion with the workflow!
So far so good! Easy to use, lots of options.
Rubbish, I wanted to edit a document which it has done but its removed all the damn branding! I will be cancelling my subscription
Jas hi! Have you tried our Support about this? If not yet, please email [email protected]. If you can attach a screenshot(s), that would be super helpful. Many thanks in advance!
The only thing I cannot figure out is how to change the text size in some instances. Otherwise, this is great and keep all PDF documents looking clean and professional. I love it.
its a scam, make you edit for free but just like every other predatory site - its not free. wish i didnt waste my time but i will to let people know DONT START EDITING. ITS NOT FREE LIKE THEY SAY IT IS
Harish hi! Sorry if any confusion with the wording and/or conditions! You probably saw the ad for our free trial period? This is exactly what we are offering for all first-timers on our site -- the free trial period of 30 days. And of course, free PDF editing is included into that. This first month is entirely on us, we assure you. No obligations on your end whatsoever.
They let you work and when you want to download it says that you must pay
This is a scam! I signed up for a trial. I immediately canceled within the same day and they still charged me $96 for a yearly subscription which I did not sign up for and now they have the nerve to offer me a $24 option instead I don't want the damn product they're disgusting. Stay away from it!!! Their support team is ridiculous. All charges are going to be disputed. I will not tolerate being scammed by this company.
Works great. easy to navigate
