even if you cancel before the 14 day you may still get charged for a year by this company. Beware
I was trying to open a pdf file for a government application I needed. I started the free 14 day trial because I had no other choice. I printed what I needed and cancelled the account. 2 months later I get a charge for 104.64. My bank flagged it as fraud and I got a text message asking me to verify the charge, I replied no approved and my card was closed down. I still ended up with the charge and I'm still in the dispute process to get my money back. A 14 day trial that was canceled does not mean you can charge me 2 months later and lock me into a year subscription. I want a full refund.

TOTAL SCAM!! Advertises as free then requires a paid subscription, and it's the SLOWEST website! Absolutely painful to use. Don't waste your time!

Our apologies for any inconvenience/confusion incurred, Kelly! Having a paid subscription on pdfFiller's web site is not a must, actually. What about our 30-day free trial period? Did you use that option? Re the performance speed: since our software solution is cloud-based, the speed would mostly depend on the Internet provider. These guys are an absolute scam
These guys are an absolute scam I attempt to sign up for a free trial but they actually sign me up immediately for 12 months And now surprise surprise I can't even open the account page to delete cancel or remove the subscription This is the extension you will need for 10 seconds and spend the rest of your life trying to get rid of I truly wonder how much money these scammers have stolen If you have a good product you don't need to be this dishonest

BEWARE!
BEWARE!! Very difficult to cancel your subscription. I had to cancel my credit card to avoid the charge. I have a total of 8 emails to support and it was never canceled. So I canceled my credit card!! Still they send me emails asking for a new credit card #!! THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS EMAILING WITH AI. IF YOU WANT IT, JOIN. DO NOT USE YOUR REGULAR CARD.

Please let us know your email, we'll cancel the subscription for you and the charge attempts will then stop automatically. Thank you. Please note you need to contact us even if you have a brand new credit card now. In most cases, banks link new credit cards to the same account number, so it can still be charged instead of an old one, even though you never indicated this card on our web site. P.S.: Not important to the case, but important to us: AI is used by our Support Team strictly for categorization of requests. Once it is categorized, you are talking to a human agent, we assure you.

A bit confused by your feedback, to be honest. Our free trial period covers 30 days and is entirely free, we assure you, no charges whatsoever. You won't need to pay a cent. Having a paid plan after the free trial is totally your decision, we do not insist at all!
