Easy to get to what I needed
It was really helpful when I needed it most, and it's very easy to use. Highly recommended.
The best and yet simplified.
Deceptive advertising and editing PDFs should not be a paid service. Ridiculous
Asa hi! Thanks for your feedback, however, we can't really agree, sorry. Behind every PDF editor (any of them, currently available on the market) there's a whole team of developers, testers, designers, etc. Sorry, we can't afford making this solution freeware. We would like to have a job too. We made our paid plans very flexible and affordable though, and there is also a 30-day free trial period, please note that.
I've had a very good experience; I recommend it.
Great program but when merging I have to put the pages back in order which loses me time.
great to use
Misleading advertisment. They say it's free but have to jump through hoops to get your edited pdf, you only learn about this once you invested the time to be done. Predatory. Not recommended. Stay away.
Our apologies if any confusion! That was the ad of our free trial period maybe? We do not have a free plan, correct. But we do have a free trial period of 30 days. There are absolutely no charges during that first month, we assure you.
Great Software and very easy to use and setup for others to electronically sign the pdf forms.
Hi there! About half of all PDF editors now available on the market are not freeware, actually. Not sure how this is misleading, sorry. Please note however that pdfFiller actually offers a 30-day free trial period. This first month of use is is entirely on us, no catch, no fine print.
Worst digital tool I’ve ever used. Interface was laggy, difficult to use, and not very capable. Once document was completed, it asked me to sign up for a free trial with my credit card information, promising that I won’t have to pay anything until free trial is over. Once free trial had started, it instantly charged money out of my account. I went to cancel my subscription, navigating through an overly busy settings menu to finally find the cancel button, only to be met with more pop ups encouraging me to continue my subscription. Really isn’t worth the hassle.
Finn hi! Sorry if any confusion with the process. How much were you charged? If this is something around 1-2 dollars (or euros), that's NOT a charge, actually. This is called verification amount or test transaction, and it is not even processed by us. This is how payment systems check the validity of your details provided upon account registration. This amount, in full, will be back on your account in less than 24 hours, we assure you. Hope this helps! If you have questions regarding the functionalities of the PDF editor itself, please email us, it's [email protected]. We'll gladly assist you ASAP!
I needed to sign one document. I tried to use this programme, but it did not work for me. I abandoned the attempt as it is far too complicated. A couple of weeks later, I received a charge to my Paypal account of USD 115.20 (£89.65) from a company called Airslate Inc. Thank goodness I use Paypal and I can't thank them enough for obtaining a refund for me. BEWARE do not use this company unless you are prepared for these extortionate erroneous charges.
Our apologies if any confusion with the subscription, Angie! Looks like you signed up for our annual subscription by accident. Refund is never a problem in such cases, actually. Be it Venmo, PayPal or directly with us. This is a refund-no-questions-asked type of situation. Glad to hear everything was quickly settled! Once again, sorry if this was confusing or complicated.
Sorry to hear that, Kelly! If you have any questions while using pdfFiller, please note that you can chat directly in your account (there is a small chat window in there) or please email [email protected]. We will do our best to make this experience as easy as possible for you!
genuinely terrible. "free" yet demanding $96 at the end HAHAHAHAHAHAH jokers
Morgan hi! Our apologies if any confusion! $96 is our annual plan, actually. And it is not mandatory at all. Please note that pdfFiller has a free trial period of 30 days, and after it, apart from the annual subscription, there are also several monthly options. If you are looking for free use, that would be our free trial period. This first month is entirely on us, we assure you.
My experience was great beach the document was already prepared and all I had to do was actually fill in the blanks. It was so convenient I would definitely keep my subscription.
This App works perfectly! Great app, great customer support
