In any case, we just sent you an internal request for more information via Trustpilot here. Please let us know your email, we'll cancel the subscription for you and the charge attempts will then stop automatically. Thank you. Please note you need to contact us even if you have a brand new credit card now. In most cases, banks link new credit cards to the same account number, so it can still be charged instead of an old one, even though you never indicated this card on our web site. P.S.: Not important to the case, but important to us: AI is used by our Support Team strictly for categorization of requests. Once it is categorized, you are talking to a human agent, we assure you.
