Regarding the refund: we see that right now there's a pending PayPal investigation, so we will need to wait until their decision is made. Please note that if PayPal decides against refunding (and they often do), we can still arrange a direct refund. Other options are blocked in order to prevent errors in document preparation. If you are preparing your own document and you need N/A option in these fields, please use text fields instead, they have more options in terms of text input. And if somebody sent you a document to fill in, please let the document owner know that those fields are not applicable for your case.
