Ordered 4 Paint by numbers. Arrived in a very reasonable time frame. Packaging was not good as 3 of the 4 were folded like a book. Not the best way to ship a canvas. After opening, noticed that 2 of the 4 were unusable because the canvas is cut too close to the painting, leaving no canvas to wrap the stretcher bars. OK, I figured I'd test their Customer Support. Expected it to be responsive if nothing else, since they claim on their site "Your happiness is our priority. In these special circumstances, please contact us for a quick response and assistance." Well I did contact them. Response??? Crickets!
Bottom line, prices are good. Service?

I received the incorrect item at first, and following a few emails later peggybuy sent me the correct one as soon as they could....I even got to keep the incorrect one sent me! Thanks Peggybuy.
I ordered 3 diamond art kits on the 8th of feb 2021 and still have not recieved them and it is the 3rd of march, i have emailed them they sent me a tracking code which i had no joy. They asked me to get incontact with my local hermes which i did with no joy again and to be honest i shouldnt have to do. The company asked me to be patient haha which i think i have, if this issue does not get resolved i will be asking for a refund and will not be using this company again. A very unhappy customer.
Absolutely the worst product ever. Do not buy jigsaw puzzles. You WILL be so disappointed. Does they are stuck together and the reason is because they are paper thin. Basically paper from a desktop printer. Awful. Not even worth taking a puzzle for free and being given $5 cash. Just awful. Embarrassed I purchased
I purchased paintings for a gift. Many beads were too few or just not included in the shipment. I ordered for my friend replacement beads which never arrived. Now peggybuy says there was no order even tho I have the receipts. Asking for refunds. Will NOT again purchase or reccomend this site.
i purchased four puzzles from peggybuy and two of them were not even in the box pictured they came plain brown boxes and two of them came in original boxes but three of them puzzles came zip lock bags and did not IM NOT HAPPY AT ALL and paid nearly a hundred dollars so don't buy from them at all.
I have been trying to get a response from them for 3 weeks now via email and their "fast and convenient" Messenger service, and yet to get any response. So I was surprised when I got an email from them asking me to review the item from my "fulfilled order" today. My item was marked as shipped after 8 days of nothing, only after I asked what is happening with the order, I didn't actually get a response to my query. The app you're made to download to track my order has nothing in there regarding a shipping or tracking number, it did pick up other orders I had from other shops, so it's not the app at fault. No-one has responded to me at all, let alone with any actual information regarding my order. Not even an email acknowledging that I have contacted them. I am sure the review I left on their site won't actually get posted, so leaving here in the hopes others will be able to avoid this shop and this pain. Their customer service is non existent, for all I know the actual product is non existent, and I am in the process of trying to recover my money.
I recently decided to try "Diamond Painting". After checking different sites I found that Peggybuy was about 1/3 the price of other Diamond Painting sites. I ordered the 11x11 Yin Yang. When ordering they tell you it could take from 15-35 days for your package to arrive. Well my package arrived 19 days later. I love the design and the colors. I will be ordering again from Peggybuy when it is time for my next Diamond Painting. People are upset to find out the paintings come from China, so what? Half of the merchandise you buy at your big "Box" stores comes from China. As far as tracking, well it is impossible. Could use some work on that.
I also ordered in April and given a shipped date of April 29th with a tracking number. Tracking says the package is enroute to postal facility. I have corresponded with them numerous times through email, they begged me to please wait two weeks stating there was a hold up in US Customs. Peggybuy said to go check at my local post office to see if it had arrived there. The postal employee checked and said the item hasn't reached US Customs yet. I have since then sent an email demanding a refund. We will see how that works out.
I ordered a diamond dotz picture from Peggybuy back in April. It’s been over two months and I have still not received it. I have contacted them and they continue to tell me it’s been shipped, it’s been held up here, it’s our customs problem, all kinds of excuses and to please be patient. Today I told them that If I don’t get my money back, I will be contacting the FTC. We’ll see what happens now. This is a terrible, fraudulent company.
Very disappointed I ordered 2 months ago nothing received. was supposed to receive it by June 1st but nothing yet. Tracking number is bogus.

If I could give zero stars I would! Not only are they a scam, but have taken additional money out of my bank account. It’s been in their shipping facility for 53 days. I had to close my account and have emailed them a dozen times, went to their facebook page and left a review that was never posted a few times and Twitter. They are bad, all bad and scammers. I will warn everyone to not make the same mistake. Bunch of losers taking peoples hard earned money!
I ordered 5 diamond paintings on Feb 27. I have not recieved anything. I have emailed Peggybuy twice and never received a response. I want my money back. Trying to track my order is useless.

I just received email advertising from them but I have never signed up to receive emails or heard of this website before. The email address is an official email address for the site so they have paid someone to obtain my information. Dodgy as.....
I bought some YuGiOh cards from PeggyBuy but they were all fake. I tried to email them, demanding a return, however, they never replied. This was a complete scam, I paid $20 and the box that came from China said the value was only $4.28. Never buy from these thieves.
I have placed 4 orders for diamond art projects from them. The first three arrived within a month of ordering. The 4th order. . . Half the order came within a month, the other half never came. After waiting 3 months to email them, they had the nerve to argue with me via email for a week. They told me that the shipper, United States Postal Service, was probably just keeping it. NO. Finally they agreed to reship the items, but now, a month after they agreed, the items aren't available. I will never order from them again.
