I ordered two solar lights from them. They were shipped from Taiwan and arrived in a flimsy shipping bag. Both of the boxes and the solar lights were damaged. One was severely mangled and not usable. I contacted the company requesting my money back. They would only send me 60% of my money. They sent me another one and it again arrived in a flimsy shipping bag. It was also severely damaged and not usable. Meanwhile the one that was only slightly damaged now does not work. I contacted them and they will only give me 60% of my money back. They blamed it on the post office for damaging it. They needed to pack it better for international shipping. I also left a review on their web page but it never showed up??? I would be cautious of anything purchased from that company and not rely on the reviews they have posted. The products are cheap. I do not recommend this company at all.
I was trying to order a present for my mother and first time I tried ordering I put all my info in and hit submit it took me to the main page so I didn't know if it went through but assumed it did. IT DIDNT, I will admit the fault on that one I should of been paying better attention however still annoying. I contacted them and they said they have no record of my order and then later they state that they now have a record of my order and that it said my card wasn't permitted. Well anyways a few days go by I try to use my card. CARD DECLINED. I go to my bank and they say have you been to a site called peggybuy it looks fraudulent. Well anyway I had to get a new card and heres where Im really kicking myself I tried ordering from them again and I used a different card this time. Same thing happened, I called them to cancel my order and I literally just got a message saying they are shipping and charging me for some item I am not even ordering, I mean isn't it against the law to take my card info and apply it to something else. I guess I will try to get it all straightened out, good luck to me. -10/10 is my review of this website, im convinced the only ones who gave this site a high review are people who work for their company. Buyer beware I would go to a different site. Best of luck to you all
Arrived within 30 days to Australia. I did pay regested post. I was very worried after reading reviews but was very happy with the price, items as described and delivery speed.
The tracking worked and I knew the package was on the way with a message from AU post before delivery.
My only issue was packaging was atrocious. All thrown in a bag and bashed all over, one game was quite dinted.
Comunication was good from there end with information about items on backorder and shipping estimates.
But when I emailed them to ask a question I had no response.
Overall I was very happy and may use again.
I wouldn't even give this site one star, disgusting. my coffeepot arrived in an open old crumpled box, the pot doesn't actually sit on the base and it had an old dirty adapter attached. They suggested i just keep it and they would give me 20% refund OR i take it to repairers!!! i HAVENT EVEN USED IT YET AND THEY EXPECT ME TO REPAIR IT??? how disgusting!!! NEVER EVER BUY FROM THESE THIEVES.

I ordered a few things of this Chinese webshop at a low price. I never got the items which I ordered. I paid my orders with PayPal and when PayPal opened a file against Peggybuy, they claimed that they send me my orders again and even attached a false proof. It was just a lie, because we are 6 months later again and I never received anything. I buy a lot of things in Chinese webshops, but the only one I had problems with is this one! I would NOT recommend to order from this webshop, there are enough other good choices.
The first order I tried to place was never confirmed and when I asked the customer service about it they couldn't help at all. I placed a second order (after checking my bank account to make sure no money had been taken) which still hasn't arrived. When I asked customer service for advice they couldn't tell me a thing about my order and seemed to be completely disinterested just telling me to wait longer. They used broken English and I really rhink they do not care about their customers. Very poor service, I just hope the item is good quality when it arrives. Although being a Christmas present, it's already too late.
I Want to know where my stuff is. You guys took my money and my stuff was supposed to be here on the 18 of this month. And ive got nothing. They wont respond to any of my emails that ive sent. I wilk never order from here again
I ordered a backpack 2 months ago and have not received the product or a refund after requesting 3 times at this point. The website tells you 5-15 delivery time but then when you dig a bit more it says it could take up to 35 days. Thats a bit misleading but Okay fine. I ordered this back pack on 8/20/18. Today is 10/30/18 and I have still not received what I ordered and the company at this time is refusing to refund me my money and in turn is asking me to jump through all these hoops to locate my package like it is my responsibility. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will not refer or ever order anything from this website again.
