I’m truly sorry for the confusion you experienced. We sincerely appreciate your patience and your feedback. The third-party installation service typically charges us between $500–$1,000. We’ve been working to make this more reasonable for our customers by pre-installing as much of the equipment as possible before delivery — which was done in your case. In the past, we shipped the frame unassembled, but that created significant difficulty for many customers, and only a few were able to assemble it correctly. This is specialized Pilates equipment — not regular furniture — and the installation process is more technical than most household items, that is we started to do it more ready than before to reduce the issues. I also apologize if the service phone number was not easy to find. It has traditionally been included with the paperwork inside the box, and I will personally ensure that it continues to be clearly provided.
