PersonalHour Pilates US

This makes me smile so much — thank you for sharing this. I know exactly what you mean about it feeling risky to make a significant purchase sight unseen, especially shipping from Ohio all the way to California. That trust is never something we take lightly. I’m so glad the entire process — from the personal confirmation call to tracking updates and final delivery coordination — gave you confidence along the way. We work hard to make sure our communication is just as strong as our equipment. Hearing that you felt informed and supported throughout the shipping process means a lot to me. And yes… they are sturdy! 😊 That solid hardwood frame is intentionally built to studio standards, which is why it takes a little muscle (and sometimes a helpful neighbor!) to get it into place. But once it’s set up, that stability is exactly what makes every movement feel secure and smooth. The light wood with Winter White padding is such a beautiful combination — elegant, clean, and calming. I love picturing it in your new fitness space. When a reformer feels like it belongs in the room aesthetically — not just functionally — it changes the whole experience. Thank you for trusting PersonalHour and for taking the time to share your experience. Knowing you “couldn’t be happier” is everything to us.

Thank you so much for this thoughtful review — I truly appreciate you taking the time to share both the positives and the suggestion. I’m so happy to hear you’re enjoying your Janet Elite Plus. The easy folding and solid, sturdy feel are exactly what we designed it for — studio performance with home practicality. It means a lot that you can feel that quality in everyday use. I also appreciate your honest feedback about the crate and the final assembly instructions. The wooden crate is built intentionally strong to protect the reformer during shipping, but I understand it can take a little effort to open. And you’re absolutely right — clearer, model-specific final assembly instructions are something we are actively improving. Feedback like yours helps us refine the experience for future customers. I’m glad our team was able to step in quickly and support you when needed. That level of communication and responsiveness is something we care deeply about. Thank you again for trusting PersonalHour.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very happy to hear that your reformer arrived safely, securely crated, and that the quality and craftsmanship stood out to you. Knowing you find it sturdy and well made truly means a lot to us. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the setup instructions. You’re absolutely right—clear, included instructions are important, especially for first-time users. We’re actively improving this by adding printed guides and more detailed, model-specific setup resources to ensure an even smoother experience going forward. Thank you again for the recommendation and for trusting us with such an important piece of equipment. If you ever need assistance or have questions, we’re always here to help
