This is a fraudulent company. I put in a withdrawal request and i was supposed to receive a confirmation email. But after various attempts the confirmation email never makes it to my inbox. They are purposely holding peoples money hostage. Stay away from this exchange!

Took my SOL happily, made it a nightmare to withdraw my own funds. Honesty I'm sick of using CEX, I am going to use DEX from now on because all this 2FA, KYC, 24 hour withdrawal holds, security checks on Phemex and only being able to withdraw at certain times a day make using Phemex a pain in the butt but anyone who wants to quickly execute trades and quickly withdraw profit. This website is slow, clunky and will hold your funds hostage for as long as psychically possible. Avoid at all costs.

Ok just to make something clear If you deposit any ISO coin that require a TAG such as XLM #1234567 and you miss 1 number you HAVE TO submit KYC and way too many pics to prove its you why? Its on a public ledger i had same problem on Kucoin only charge $50 to recover any coins even worth $5million+ without any KYC and bunch of pics i only gave one. I just lost $700 i dont have time to dig out every little number they ask. If exchange go down and or transaction stuck good luck recovering your funds. They word out their recover options to the point that no one can understand. I quit this exchange.

I have been using Phemex since mid-2020, and have found it to comparable to other trading apps such as Bybit and BingX. It's easy to use and has an easy, familiar interface that allows me to set trades, stop-losses and take-profits with just a few clicks.
I routinely deposit and withdraw BTC and USDT with no problems, though the withdraw window is a bit irksome. I understand why they use a window, but that's potentially hours of not knowing for sure that I didn't mess something up.
Not a huge fan of the Mark price and the confusion it sometimes causes, but that just forced me to be better at risk management.
The Copy Trade function is actually really cool. I have used it a few times and made great gains, though I do wish lower-performing trade accounts were mixed in.

My login, deposit/withdrawal, and their passive income system were blocked
I do not recommend and cannot tell you to use and trust this exchange. It looks quite attractive, but listen to my story.
I demand a response to this review, and if the situation changes, the review will be the opposite. When I created my account, I made a deposit, and later the exchange started kicking me out of my account, I wrote it off as some technical problems. Just in case, I decided to go through identity verification and started withdrawing funds, but my withdrawal did not want to be processed at all, it looked like it was checked manually. In less than 10 minutes, my login, deposit/withdrawal, and their passive income system were blocked, even though I hadn't even touched it. After that, I immediately contacted the support service, where I was again asked to provide documents, and they asked me to record a whole video with documents dated today and to voice the text "Unblock my account, my mail...". The support team accepted all this and said they were looking into it and conducting an investigation. At the moment, every time I contact the support service, I get a response that there is no deadline, and I am left with only breakfast and no specifics. The amount left on my account is significant enough to just forget about this story, so I will continue to press on, including by spreading the word among my community. At the moment, I have all the necessary evidence to substantiate my words, I leave my ticket #506958 and #506976
UPDATE! : : After more than a week had passed, the funds were returned. I have no strong comments, but the impression is appropriate

It is totally a scam. Since they have restriction for many countries, when I deposit money, the online chat representative would say you will not be restricted unless you are providing your passport identification. After deposited the money, they would restrict your from trading , restrict you from withdrawal. When you deposit money increase your margin, they will use risk check to delay your deposit until your position is liquidated. Their risk management team is in indian so if you deposit on friday and it will be a nightmare as they won't let your money in before Monday when their risk management team is working. Last time, it takes me 10 days for the deposit. The most horrible thing is that when you withdraw , they will ask you to provide your identity. Luckily I got a very close friend in Australia who let me use his passport for the verification , otherwise, my money will be withheld in this scam forever.

I personally find this platform good for managing my short positions. I'm using multiple APP to manage potfolio, and i quite like the stops and alert when i short a coin here. I wish they have more coin selection and better rates for buying in, so i can operate directly here.
