Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the very helpful staff for providing exceptionally prompt, effective support and guiding users smoothly through various complex account or project challenges. Many people find the platform extremely intuitive, noting that the diverse templates and simple design tools make creating professional presentations exceptionally fast and simple. However, some customers also noted several unexpected difficulties with the website regarding automated trial policies, strict download limits, and limited accessibility features. A few reviewers specifically mentioned that saved projects were deleted when free trials expired or encountered compatibility issues with screen readers.

I just started using this service and so far, I am very disappointed. Halfway into the presentation I was working on, the server crashed and did not save any of my work. This was disappointing because my presentation must be prepared by Friday. Edit: Although my work was not saved and I have to start over from scratch, the PitktoChart team did reach out to me later on and offered me 30 free days of their PRO service for free. They really do know how to professional come up with a solution to frustrated customer. My initial rating was a one, but now it is a three due to their kindness and understanding.
