Piktochart is the GOAT!

I've been using Piktochart for about five years. Before that, I used the "other" online program and didn't realize what I was missing. Piktochart is the best tool for creating all things visual. Charts and graphs are a breeze – just choose the style and colors, plug in your data, and Piktochart instantly creates professional data charts that will put your presentations over the top. It’s also easy to create compelling graphics for social media, cards, signs, flyers, etc. It’s super intuitive so there’s no need to learn an entire program or to have a background in design. Piktochart helps me look like a pro. If you get stuck, their support team is fantastic. No searching through articles or trying to explain your issue to a chat bot. A real, live human being will personally respond and spend all the time it takes to answer your questions. I highly recommend Piktochart.

Piktochart: Top notch customer service

Piktochart customer service is top notch. They are always very responsive and quick to resolve any concerns that may arise.

Glitchy, few working features, disappeared all docs and requires ransom money

Glitchy from the start; things not working that they said should work, but apologized as they were working them out. E.g. you can't copy and paste within a table, can't do links within tables--my entire syllabus, which is what I was using it for, and there was a maximum number of outside links. No alt-text options, no way to hyperlink. This means that Piktochart cannot meet the new DOJ accessibility mandates and I have to transfer ALL of my syllabi to another program. But guess what? I can't download them! I was going to copy and paste everything into Word, but logged in this week to find EVERYTHING GONE. Yes, I had gotten an email last week about my free trial ending. I had no idea what that meant because I had NEVER SIGNED UP FOR A FREE TRIAL. I had been using the basic version (free) for years. So I wrote back and asked what it meant. NO REPLY. Just, "Surprise! We deleted all of your years of documents! We never let you download them, and now we've removed all of them--but here's the catch, you can pay us a bunch of money to get them back, even though this program is crap and you can't use it anymore!" Basically they're holding my students' syllabi ransom until I pay up--something I never signed up or agreed to--and meanwhile my students can't access their syllabi. My mistake in thinking it made sense to give them live documents instead of downloads--it actually worked great for years--but not if the program can revoke them all without consent. I wrote to ask for them temporarily back and was told I could pay at least $40 for that temporary access to a program that no longer works. I've never had an experience like this with any other software or platform.

Excellent Design Tool for Non-Designers! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve been using Piktochart for a few months now, and I can honestly say it’s a game changer! As someone who doesn’t have any formal graphic design training, Piktochart makes everything so easy. The templates are beautifully designed, and the drag-and-drop editor feels intuitive and simple to use. What really surprised me, though, was their customer support—they’re amazing! I had a question about customizing a template, and their team replied almost instantly with clear and helpful advice. You can tell they genuinely care about their users.

Excellent customer support and product.

Piktochart is by far an amazing editor, and the support team is excellent. They really seek to solve your problem and provide the best solution possible in the shortest amount of time. It is extremely unfortunate to find out that they are now becoming pay-to-use software, but the fact that they are still giving a 45-day grace period just proves that Piktochart strives to give the best experience to all users.

I couldn’t access my account because for some reason my email account got deactivated. Your colleagues were very patient in changing the email address into one where I had access to the inbox. Many thanks!

Tricky

Tricky. You can only make 2 download for free and after you have to pay a lot of money. So you lose a lot of time for nothing.

NO REFUNDS no matter what.

This program is not for me. It just wasn't what I was hoping for. Unfortunately, when my auto-renewal date was coming up, I was unable to login and it auto-renewed. They sent an email with a link so you can easily CANCEL your account AFTER it auto-renews (without even logging in!). But they cancel it for the FOLLOWING YEAR. When I reached out and requested a refund, they said Nope - terms of agreement are clear, NO REFUNDS. Seems like they are planning to get an extra year out of all customers since you can cancel your account without logging in after it renews, but you can't cancel it without logging in before it renews.

Piktochart provides excellent tools and services to create visual content easily and professionally. What I appreciate the most is their quick and efficient customer support: I had a payment issue and it was solved within hours. I agree with the other bad review

I agree with the other bad review, I would give a 0 also...I never used the service, and they charged me and under no circumstances will provide a refund. Terrible customer service and poor management.

Piktochart is easy to use. You don't need to take time off from work to learn how to use this software. I highly recommend it!

Awful scammers

I would have rated 0 if I could have. I was charged without using this service. I reviewed the service and didnt feel it was something I’d uses I was charged significantly for a ‘subscription’ I was not aware of and was unable to get a refund, despite not using this service. This is like going to a shop and looking at some shoes and being charged for them simply for looking. Awful.

Great company

What a great company Piktochart is...I asked them to help me to transfer some presentations from an old account I no longer use and they did it in no time. Aside from that, Piktochart is easy to use and hopefully it will be even better with the incorporation of AI. Thanks for easing my job as a teacher.
