I only buy my contacts from Pinkie. Yes, the shipping process can be quite frustrating, i had a few problems myself. BUT, when they got here, i was very pleased with the quality! I bought a few colors from them and was very hapoy with what i recieved. Plus the contact cases are so cute! If you are willing to wait a little while for them to get to you, it is definitely worth the buy!
I've ordered from PinkyParadise multiple times and only had issues with shipping once. They did make up for it after they realized their mistake and sent out a new pair with 2-5 day shipping time and I got them in time for the convention I was going to. They were incredibly helpful with my problem and I'm very grateful!

I have ordered from Pinky Paradise twice, the first of which orders was absolutely flawless. Not only was the quality commendable, but the service was very thorough and informative. The second order, however, did have some issues. One of the pairs of lenses I had ordered was apparently out of stock, though the website did not reflect this. So I was emaile by the support team an given some second choices to select. Another pair in this order had a damaged lense, where the edge of the lense had a jagged, non-clean-cut end. Unfortunately, this flaw was impossible to see while the lense was in the bottle and, once opened, the contacts cannot be exchanged or returned to Pinky Paradise. So I definitely think the lense examination process should be more thorough but, all in all, Pinky Paradise is a wonderful company that I can easily recommend to anyone.
The lenses themselves are phenomenal. The colors are always gorgeous and most are so comfortable I forget I'm wearing them. I wish they had more real life pictures on the lenses and restocked more often. Shipping also takes forever in the USA. Overall fantastic company I have 5 pairs so far and will continue to purchase from them thank you pinkyparadise!!
I will admit, I did have a bit of trouble navigating the payment area, and since this is a Malaysian company, my bank did have to verify with me that I did indeed make the purchase, but once all that was taken care of, my lenses were on their way. When I received them, I was very pleased with the packaging, and appreciated the macaron lense cases that were included. I feel like the lenses themselves were very nicely represented, and they were the color advertised on the model. I am very pleased with my transaction with Pinky Paradise, and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
I have been a long time customer of PinkyParadise. I always order the same brand/type of contacts. I ordered 4 pairs and requested DHL 2-5 day delivery and it came in 4 days. However, the contacts were the wrong pattern/color but labeled correctly on the bottles. I sent an email asking for a refund and they said they would do that and send me the correct contacts with the expedited DHL 2-5 day shipping. I thought that was awesome Customer Service, especially from being across the world from me. Will keep doing business with them!

I ordered the Venus eye bright red a couple months ago, and when I got them they were packed very nicely and the contact case was super cute! They are actually super comfy and I can wear them throughout the day without a problem. The colour showed up well on my dark brown eyes, and was still noticeably red~
I had a good experience. Not 5 stars because the shipping and processing time was on the slower side compared to other sites I've ordered from. It was not unbearably slow but slow enough not to give full 5 stars. If 4.5 stars was an option, that's probably what I'd pick. I paid on Jan 16 and received the lenses on Feb 7. I will say that this is within their estimated time frame so I'm not complaining, but just nothing praise-worthy that made me want to order more and something other customers might want to know. Good thing I anticipated a wait time and didn't actually need the lenses until March. In all fairness, I did get "free shipping". I had no huge problems with this company (as it should be) but nothing outrageously spectacular either. I figure this is how a company should be operating and they are meeting status quo which is all I can ask. I really liked the free gift I received by using a promotion code. It ended up being 1000% more useful to me than the lenses actually. I loved buying from pinky paradise , it was always where I bought my contacts from. The item is always in good condition. I've never had a problem with this company. However once they stopped doing PayPal , it was hard to order my contacts since they new payment method wasn't working for me. I wish they would of kept PayPal. Sadly, I haven't ordered from this site in a while because of this.
Before I ordered the contacts I wanted to know if I can order two contacts of different colors (left on green and right one red). I got an email not too long after I sent my question and they said I could if I tell them what colors and what styles. In the end, I changed my mind and bought the Geo Princess Mimi Apple Green (Bambi series) lenses and I loved them! PinkyParadise has such a wide selection of circle lens. A lot of them also come with prescription which is good for us who need corrective lenses. However, the only con is that some lenses you can find cheaper on other websites but I trust PinkyParadise the most.

I bought one pair for my brother as his birthday gift and one pair for me and they look great! It was weird at first because I never wore any colored contact lenses but I got used to it. The only problem is that it my eyes are dry so it was kinda painfull and I had to take them off but I'm really happy of the one I choose and I will purchase more in the future because they 're still great for the price :) and they send me cute lenses cases that were super cute! loved it! I recommend this shop for sure :)
