One of my lenses won't work, flips everytime it touches my eye I tried over multiple days, I tried using other lenses because I thought I had somehow forgot how to put contacts in but nope and when I messaged I essentially got told "hey sometimes sclera are uncomfortable" I can understand employees can't be blamed for products not working but the response to my issue just felt like I wasn't even looked at

I absolutely do not recommend this store. The service is terrible, and they don’t even mention the import fees. If you say, “I’m not willing to pay 40 euros for import fees when my item literally costs the same amount,” they might tell you that you won’t get a refund - or even the item back (if customs returns it to the sender). Although their website states that refunds exclude shipping costs, this is simply terrible service. I’ve ordered from this site twice, and both times I had an absolutely negative experience. Look for any other contact lens store - just not this one - and you’ll save yourself both money and stress.

They are the wrong company to deal with. I gave him my prescription and they talked me out of using the right prescription for my eyes and sent me contacts for prescriptions that they only have and said that it would be okay, when that was wrong. It made my vision worse because I was wearing the wrong prescription contacts for years. I ordered new contacts later on. Never received them in another order and told me that they were not gonna refund my money because it’s the shipments problem, so because of it, they don’t have to refund my money.???? This is not a professional company. I would go somewhere else that takes your eye vision serious.!!!!!As you see their response ??? I loose money out of this and I get no product? Don’t trust this company they are very untrustworthy!!!! They get to keep my money and I lose my money and get no product!

Regarding the prescription, we noted your enquiry about whether a -6.25 prescription was available. At that time, we informed you that -6.25 was not an available power. For our lenses, powers beyond -5.00 are available in 0.50 increments, such as -5.00, -5.50, -6.00, -6.50, etc. We therefore advised that the closest available options were -6.00 or -6.50. We understand that choosing the appropriate prescription is important. However, the closest available prescription is not necessarily suitable for every individual, which is why we recommend consulting an eye care professional to confirm the appropriate prescription before wearing the lenses. We are sorry to hear about your experience and understand your concern regarding your vision. Regarding the shipment, the order was dispatched to the shipping address provided during checkout. After dispatch, we were contacted regarding a request to change the delivery address because it was no longer your current address. Unfortunately, once a shipment has been dispatched, we are unable to amend the delivery address. We advised contacting the local post office once the parcel arrived in the destination country to check whether any address amendment or redirection was possible. The shipment was subsequently marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout. As the parcel was showing as delivered, we requested that a lost shipment complaint be filed so the matter could be investigated. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we also offered a free reshipment without requiring a lost shipment complaint. As stated in our policy, refunds to the original payment method are not available for shipments that are lost after dispatch. Nevertheless, we did offer a replacement shipment as a goodwill solution. Whenever I buy colored contacts, I buy them from pinky paradise, mainly because they have so many different kinds of prescriptions and it was so hard for me to find my specific one (-1.25) so I’m very thankful for that. I understand that the delivery takes a month but I think it’s reasonable depending on the area. The reviews being mad about it taking too long clearly haven’t read that it WILL take a while, and that’s why you should order them in TIMEEE! Anyways, I’ve never had bad experiences with pinky paradise and I’ve ordered in total 6 pairs, some that I use more often and some for Halloween. I really like how they have so many different styles and overall I just love pinky paradise

This is the worst customer service and business. If I could give them a 0 I would. I placed my order and after 30 days I still had not received it. I reached out to them to be told we'll send a replacement, I said no just refund my money. Another month went by so I opened a dispute with my bank, then I heard back saying if I withdrew it they would give me my money back. It's been almost 3 months and now they are saying it will take another 45 days. Don't EVER buy anything from this site!!!!
