Really great variety of contacts and they’ve been pretty comfortable! Haven’t had any issues so far. I do wish the shipping was faster though since I tend to need these quickly and the expedited shipping prices are way too expensive so I can’t afford it. Beautiful contacts and have loved every single ones I’ve used but please improve your shipping times!

I ordered my contacts from Pinkyparadise and by mistake I sent my order without my Prescription!! Of course I panicked and stressed! But immediately I sent an Email to Pinkyparadise before it was processed and within a couple of hours I received an Email from a nice lady named Nang… she reassured me that she would take care of the problem and my Prescription was added to my order!! I reached out to PinkyParadise Customer Support and I received a response very quickly considering I submitted it late at night. The person who helped me was Nang and they provided me with two options which felt very nice to receive. The issue was resolved quickly and I am happy with how fast it was fixed!

Ordered 2 pairs of lenses with precription back in early April/late March in order for them to make it in time for a convention. The first pair was fine. No issues. The second pair, they send me one good lense and one without my precription. I emailed them and it look them a week to reply. By that time I lost my entire window to get a replacement. As it was already May 9th. I needed them by the 15th.
They sent me a replacement and that took another month to arrive. This replacement WAS ALSO not my precription, despite it being on the bottle.
I emailed them again stating that they kinda screwed me over with this set of lenses and would like a refund. They replyed again a week later, giving me that refund. But i'm really kinda irked. I had my time wasted only to recieve 2 bad contact lenses. So obivously the shipment of the specfic lense was bad. I hope they recall it.
3 stars because the first set was fine and I was issued a refund. But not 5 stars because they gave me a bad set, tried to replace that set and then failed again to replace it. Wasting my time essentically. I don't think I will shop there again after this experience. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

I had ordered several pairs of toric lenses which are custom orders. Pinky Paradise reached out to me when one of the pairs came back defective and gave me several options on how to proceed. I knew that when I ordered with standard shipping, the lenses would not make it in time for my wedding. I inquired about ETA just to see if it would. PP did not simply provide me with the ETA. They asked me when my wedding was and kindly upgraded shipping without me asking. The lenses arrived in time, and I was ecstatic. I hadn't ordered lenses in years due to my astigmatism, but they completed the look. They reordered the defective lens and shipped it out a month later, which I just received. Their attention to detail, quality and consideration for customers is reason for me to order from them again.

I've been getting my lenses from PinkyParadise for over a decade. All the lenses I've gotten have been of high quality. They arrive quickly, can be worn all day with comfort, and are vibrant in color. The 1 or 2 times I've had any issues the customer service has been amazing. They're quick to respond and do their best to make the situation right. I won't go anywhere else for my lenses.

I love purchasing from Pinky paradise, they have all varieties of contacts and even toric lenses. For a girl with astigmatism I am glad to see this website. They are always on time with delivery and they are very communicative when it comes to customer service.

Great contacts. I used them for years. But as of late, probably due to their popularity, they've gotten super unreliable. Their contacts sell out fast and customer service says it takes 3-9 months for restocking, and they have no date or window of time they can give you. Thats extremely inconvenient. Ive also gotten emailed by them after ordering a pair, saying they are sold out and if I would like to replace them with something similar.
It takes me a little less than month to receive them in the U.S. with standard shipping. So I usually buy a few yearly pair in my prescription and stock up when they get old. But its impossible now that theyre always sold out. Luckily I found a competitor that ships out much faster!
