No longer reliable
Great contacts. I used them for years. But as of late, probably due to their popularity, they've gotten super unreliable. Their contacts sell out fast and customer service says it takes 3-9 months for restocking, and they have no date or window of time they can give you. Thats extremely inconvenient. Ive also gotten emailed by them after ordering a pair, saying they are sold out and if I would like to replace them with something similar. It takes me a little less than month to receive them in the U.S. with standard shipping. So I usually buy a few yearly pair in my prescription and stock up when they get old. But its impossible now that theyre always sold out. Luckily I found a competitor that ships out much faster!
