PP came in clutch
I had ordered several pairs of toric lenses which are custom orders. Pinky Paradise reached out to me when one of the pairs came back defective and gave me several options on how to proceed. I knew that when I ordered with standard shipping, the lenses would not make it in time for my wedding. I inquired about ETA just to see if it would. PP did not simply provide me with the ETA. They asked me when my wedding was and kindly upgraded shipping without me asking. The lenses arrived in time, and I was ecstatic. I hadn't ordered lenses in years due to my astigmatism, but they completed the look. They reordered the defective lens and shipped it out a month later, which I just received. Their attention to detail, quality and consideration for customers is reason for me to order from them again.
