One good set one bad set
Ordered 2 pairs of lenses with precription back in early April/late March in order for them to make it in time for a convention. The first pair was fine. No issues. The second pair, they send me one good lense and one without my precription. I emailed them and it look them a week to reply. By that time I lost my entire window to get a replacement. As it was already May 9th. I needed them by the 15th. They sent me a replacement and that took another month to arrive. This replacement WAS ALSO not my precription, despite it being on the bottle. I emailed them again stating that they kinda screwed me over with this set of lenses and would like a refund. They replyed again a week later, giving me that refund. But i'm really kinda irked. I had my time wasted only to recieve 2 bad contact lenses. So obivously the shipment of the specfic lense was bad. I hope they recall it. 3 stars because the first set was fine and I was issued a refund. But not 5 stars because they gave me a bad set, tried to replace that set and then failed again to replace it. Wasting my time essentically. I don't think I will shop there again after this experience. Left a bad taste in my mouth.
