We're always happy to help as fast as you can say Pixel Film Studios, Scott! ;) Wonderful to hear our customer support helped you get resolved with your issue ASAP! Please return to our live chat or submit a ticket at https://bit.ly/PFS_Support if you ever need any further assistance!
Thank you for your in-depth review, Sylvia! We appreciate that you have chosen PFS plugins to help you get started with FCPX. We know you're going to create awesome things! Please reach out to us again if you need any assistance with your plugins or have a question about a product. We would be more than happy to help!
Glad to hear that we could help you out, James! Most issues can be resolved pretty quickly with all the right information. It always helps to have some screen shots of your Mac OS Specs, Version number, as well as some screenshots or a screen recording of the issue. This way we can get you up and running faster than you can say Pixel Film Studios! 😉 Please contact us again if you need any more help. Our Live Chat & Ticket support is available M-F 8 AM to 4 PM Pacific Time. https://bit.ly/PFS_Support

Happy to hear you're pleased with our support, James! We will always do our best to solve your issue as quickly as possible! Hope you enjoy the plugin and we can't wait for you to see what else we have in store for the FCPX Community! 😉
We appreciate your kind words! Thank you so much for working with us to resolve your issue. Our customer support team is more than happy to get you back up and running with any issue. Keep on making great things!

Thank you for the support, Erik! We love hearing this feedback! We appreciate the support and we hope that you continue to enjoy our plugins! We got some really amazing ones coming out soon! 😎
Thank you for supporting us over the years, Grey Paul! We are always doing our best to bring the best, most affordable plugins to the FCPX community and we aren't stopping any time soon! 😉👍
