Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the impressive quality of the projectors, noting that the projected images are extremely sharp, clear, and very relaxing to watch before bed. Reviewers also note the exceptional customer support, mentioning that staff are extremely prompt to respond and very helpful when minor issues arise. Conversely, a small portion of people felt disappointed when they received faulty items, low quality slide pictures, or experienced delayed responses from support. The projector has a timer which is great for when my daughter goes to sleep. The projector turns off in the night.
Love my galaxy projector. Ordered a few packs of discs. Unfortunately they sent me the Aurora pack and not the Fixed Nebula pack but Customer Support remedied this very quick and sent me the Fixed Nebula pack.
The friendliness of the staff and efficiency of the product. I love my bedroom with the pococo light on ❤️
I want to thank the customer support team for their outstanding service. I had an issue with my discs, and they immediately offered me a solution by either replacing them or providing a refund. They were kind, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the situation. I'm really happy with the support I received. Despite the small issue with my discs, I will gladly order from them again because the customer service was truly excellent.
Delivery was fast. Product worked well. Easy to use. Image was crisp and clear. Rotating motor was beautifully silent.
The projectors and discs are great. Had an issue with a faulty projector but customer service offered a replacement with no quibble.
I want to Thank support team. First package never came. But they helped me with second one and i got it at 1 weak. Thank you operator of my order.26693 I wanted put 4 stars, but cuz of team i gave 5 star.
The projector is super high quality - just really crisp and clear and shockingly good for the price point. I got several sets of discs. The black and white ones have been our favorites - they seem to be the most detailed. Customer service is also exceptional. I reached out during warranty and they took right care of it.
We've had to replace our projector twice already. But the company has been great and has sent a replacement promptly without any cost, headache or any problems.
Just bought one of their projectors and the images on their monochrome (black and white) discs were vibrant. Had a couple of faulty discs and the customer service offered to send replacements with no hassle. They also threw in a couple of free discs. The customer service reply was prompt and received within a day.
The Pococo home planetarium is very well made. No cheap plastic here. It has a very nice feel to it. It's easy to use and the lens is high quality. The projection is sharp. If you have any questions, you can contact support. They offer exceptionally good service. Support responds quickly and is very friendly. I'm very satisfied. I would definitely buy from Pococo again. The new home planetarium, in particular, should be very interesting.
We are running the projector since more than one year and my son has been very happy about it. Recently he wanted so spend his pocket money on an additional disc, which I have ordered. Unfortunately the disc we have received had some tiny air bubbles in the resin- slightly visible on projection. I was not expecting much of support for a 10 EUR purchase with a minor visual defect, but got an instant reply and a free replacement by Pococo. Very positive surprise
Great products - we've used both their current projector system and their new upcoming one. Both are lovely - the new one especially. Some slides are more effective than others (we tend to find the ambient 'starry sky'-type ones the best and clearest, but of course that's personal preference!) Just really nice ambience for the evening or falling asleep to - and also great for baby or children's rooms. Very friendly and communicative customer service team also. Recommended! :)
I do not know if it is the projector or the discs or the combination BUT the images on all 4 of the discs my daughter has used so far have all started to “disappear”. They start to show brown, burn like spots and then disintegrate. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A NIGHTMARE.
Loved the variety of discs. I am able to have the projector rotating or still which is a plus. Had an issue with the projector, but am working with customer service to get it resolved.
Ordered arrived promptly, due to stock status, a disc was not able to be shipped. However, this was dealth with swiftly and promptly.
I love their discs. They always have fast shipping and good prices. I keep coming back for more!
I absolutely love my Pococo! It use it every night to relax and calm my mind before sleep. The images are amazing and soothing. I’m also obsessed with space and just love the variety of images available.
The projector is amazing, was thinking it was just a seasonal thing but it has turned into something we use everyday. Had to buy more discs because it is so cool and it comes fast
