Hi Cheryl, Thank you for your review. We're truly sorry that you have not received your order and you felt that the Customer Service Team wasn't helpful. Upon checking with the system, I have confirmed that the reason behind the non-delivery of your order is a fulfillment issue from the fulfillment center we're using. This is something that's out of control and that's also the reason why one of the Customer Representatives asked for your shipping address to send you a new order free of charge. As I can see, you declined the offer and asked for a refund which the Customer Representative happily obliged. The non-delivery of the accessory you ordered is not something that's at par with our service and should not happen again. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, Cheryl.
