The best customer support I ever experienced

Hello dear Popsewing Team, Thank you so much for the beautiful bag. At first, I was a little unhappy with the rouge-colored bag because the color was slightly coming off. However, the team was incredibly kind and sent me a replacement bag. I have honestly never experienced customer service like this before! They responded immediately and really tried to understand my complaint. The new bag now meets all my expectations. It is very well made and the leather is extremely soft. Thank you very much! This will definitely not be my last order. :)

Super happy with my 2 orders, already making a 3rd one!

I have ordered 2 bags from this company so far, and no issues. Super happy with my purchases, high quality inspired designer bags, but zero logo or brand name so not fake or counterfeit hence legal. They are also not a 1-1 copy either. Some minor differences from the original design, especially in terms of measurements. I was skeptical at 1st, so I read all the reviews on the bag I wanted. It did have 3-4 negative reviews which was either in regards to shipping time, or that the biggest bag (40cm) came with indents, which is probably due to the excess fabric because of its bigger size. Why I went with the 35 cm instead. From ordering it took about 2 weeks to get to me in Norway from China. Ordered on the 28th of January, delivered to my doorstep yesterday on the 10th of February. I got both on sale, and I love how taxes are included so no nasty surprise when the bags enter the country like import and custom fees. The bags themselves are neatly made, with high quality top grain leather, average quality hardware, and well done saddle stitching. No loose, faulty stitching or glue stains nor heavy chemical smell. Just the smell of leather. They also took great care with the packaging, as it comes fully protected in a cardboard box with plastic wrapping, which I truly appreciate. None of my bags came with indents from being shipped a long way. The bags are not loose inside the box either, but put in a box that fits that exact bag in terms of measurements with a dust bag, and then wrapping around that one in cardboard. I’m already thinking of ordering a 3rd one and again they have a sale! Love this shop! Tho shipping takes time, btw I didn’t choose express shipping, they don’t use USP, DHL, or Fedex which just steals your money. So I rather be patient and wait 2 weeks, than have it quickly, but with extra shipping and handling fees from these courier companies. Love Made In China, as they can make luxury goods as well as cheap ones! P.S. I got very skeptical in terms of wether the leather used was genuine or not due to the affordable price point and that they are often on sale, off the bat it did smell like leather, tho soft it did have a coated feel to it, and not as soft as real leather. No veining and it looked too symmetrical if compared to real Top Grain leather. Did the burning test with a lighter as you do receive a leather patch with each order of the same leather and color of the bag you ordered, so took a lighter and burnt away. If fake it would have melted or made a hole. It didn’t. I burnt the edges and the leather surface it self. It only got darker, dry and burnt edges. So real genuine leather. Tho I still suspect they use some kind of coating. Regardless I still love my bags and I would order again in a heartbeat!

Honestly a fun challenge, go with the smaller size to start off

Honestly, the first bag I bought to make was a really FUN challenge, that made me buy three more bags from the company. My first bag was the Platinum and the largest size, which I would not recommend starting with (if you are a real beginner)- go with the smaller size as your first go around. *IF* you are fairly experienced with sewing, which I would say I am versed in and have made bags before (handmade without patterns or tutorials and mostly with a machine), you could start with the biggest size. My second bag was the smaller Platinum and honestly was such a delight to finish and a little easier (less double stitching and not as hefty that required a thimble, which the larger size I resorted to using a thimble to save my hand strength). My new obsession is sewing up these little bags because they have more meaning when I stitch them up.

Very pleased!

I am very pleased with both pre made bags that I ordered. They are just as described and pictured on the website. The shipping communication was easy to follow and the bags were very carefully packaged so no dents or damages could occur. The leather is better than expected and the details are very nice. Of course, these are “designer inspired” bags so one cannot expect that level but for this price point, they are a great value and I am happy.

Dies ist keine KI generierte Bewertung. Die Lieferung ist angekommen. Das Trecking aus China nach Deutschland war interessant. Dafür die 2 Punkte. Ich habe ein DIY Set bestellt. Auf der Bestellseite kann man leider nicht sehen, wie die Tasche später innen aussehen wird. Mit der Bestellbestätigung habe ich einen Link zur Videoanleitung erhalten. Diese ist auf Chinesisch mit Untertitel. Zu der Tasche: die Farbe des inneren Kunstleders, was ich in der Artikelbescheibung überlesen habe, passt überhaupt nicht zum äußeren der Tasche.. Wenn das Äußere überhaupt echtes Leder ist, ist es nur hauchdünn. Für mich leider ein teurer Fehlkauf. Das Unternehmen macht einem das Rücksenden sehr schwer und nach zwei Tagen habe ich noch immer keine Rücksendeadresse. Die Rücksendung soll zudem vom Käufer getragen werden. Der Verkäufer weist auch gleich darauf hin, dass der Rückversand teuer wird und sich nicht lohnt. Antwort des Supports: We don’t provide prepaid return shipping labels, as this is not supported by our return policy. The return shipping would need to be covered by the customer. Please also note that international return shipping is usually very expensive, and in many cases, the shipping fee can even be higher than the value of the bag itself, which is why we generally do not recommend returning the item. Regarding the material, the exterior is Top Grain Leather (genuine leather). Sometimes it can feel different from untreated leather because it is smoothly finished, coated, or pressed for durability and a uniform look, which may make it seem similar to synthetic material — but it is still real leather. Buyer beware - my 2 star review was removed from the official site!

This bag is advertised as being similar to an authentic bag I own and it absolutely isn’t. Further, when I submitted my review it mysteriously disappeared appear a short period of time - meaning they are taking down any reviews that are less than favorable to fool people into thinking everything is highly rated, when who knows how many reviews like mine (mine even included photo comparisons) are being removed. It’s a dishonest business practice.

Can I leave 0 stars. This was my third bag after having also making 3 super cute bag charms. The video link I was sent for the first two bags were great. Let you know how to measure the amount of thread you would need, thread the needles and how to make the stitches. This video for this bag did not show anything other then the demonstrator showing the finished step. Could not figure out the steps. And the video was for a smaller version of the bag I ordered with a small add on to account for the extra pocket. I tried to leave a poor review on the site and surprising to no one it never showed up. Hope this one is not deleted as well. Update- got the purse finished and the first time I used it the hardware on the strap snapped off rendering the bag unusable
