You should have received a notification of this requirement and are sorry to hear that this was not communicated to you. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear you've faced these challenges, as this is not the level of service we aim to provide. After reviewing your project, we worked with you to reach a resolution. Although a new service provider had already been secured, you declined proceeding with additional services. As agreed, a 50% refund in the amount of $530 has been processed for the project. The refund was issued on May 18 and typically takes 5–10 business days to reflect, with an expected completion no later than June 1. We appreciate you allowing us the opportunity to address this matter and regret that your experience did not meet expectations. Your feedback has been shared internally to help prevent similar situations in the future.
