Andy was FANTASTIC!!! He really took great care in clearing my dryer and making sure it ran smoothly! I used my dryer yesterday and I couldn’t believe how quickly the items were dried. I used a very reputable company last year and they did not take the care and attention that Andy did!

terrible experience
Was told that internet service would be set up and installed, did not receive any correspondence from the provider all because porch never actually set up services. What a waste of time, and was told by the internet company to not go through these 3rd party services because they are terrible.

Liz was wonderful help and got me connected with Evan to get some of our home security systems in place and schedule for a technician to come out and help us with all of that, super easy to talk to and should give her a raise.

Great help when pricing out insurances.
Phone call today was welcomed as we begin our journey with the purchase of home. They were quick to offer assistance with getting set up with power/gas companies for the area I'm moving to along with helping out with Home Owners Insurance companies. Give them a try!

AVOID FOR CURTAIN & RODS INSTALLATION
My experience with Porch.com actually started on February 20, 2026. I was sent two technicians to install curtains and rods I purchased through Pottery Barn. The first technicians cancelled the job after arriving late and left no real reason for doing so. I had to reschedule this appointment to March 2nd and then rescheduled to March 9th. The new technicians improperly installed all of my curtain rods where now I have extra holes in my drywall. They were supposed to come today, May 8th to perform warranty work and no showed. Porch.com is the absolute worst when it comes to finding a handyman to complete a home project timely and correctly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

After reviewing your project, we worked with you to reach a resolution. Although a new service provider had already been secured, you declined proceeding with additional services. As agreed, a 50% refund in the amount of $530 has been processed for the project. The refund was issued on May 18 and typically takes 5–10 business days to reflect, with an expected completion no later than June 1. We appreciate you allowing us the opportunity to address this matter and regret that your experience did not meet expectations. Your feedback has been shared internally to help prevent similar situations in the future.

They stole my money
They stole my money, period. And now all of a sudden im told .y money will be returned. They said it will be within two months or it could be before two months, but it could be longer than two months. How ridiculous!!
