I ordered 4 personalized Charcuterie boards in November! Have yet to receive them. No response from my inquiring email. Can I get a refund? Paid through PayPal.

Poor communication
Poor communication, poor quality, size was totally out of whack by approximately 3 inches in length, took 4 weeks to get, ordered what I thought was going to be beautiful cheese board, only to receive 1 part of my order, board only, be aware nothing on website saying only get 1 part, engraving was left raw, wouldn’t want to wash, tiny open holes all around edge of this board, be aware of this place, I would not buy from these people

I ordered 2 x charcuterie boards with cutlery drawer and accessories as displayed on their Facebook page at the advertised price of US$79.99. The nicely packaged items arrived last Friday without the drawer or the cutlery etc. on complaining, they informed me I only paid for the board! Why would anyone do that? They have since changed their Facebook page to show the complete price at $129.99 - very Devious.

Too bad I can't leave 0 stars. Ordered on 11/14 Received an email to verify address. Was told, after verification, that item would be shipped immediately. That was 11/29. It's now 12/13 and my last 5 emails have gone unanswered. Trying to get my money back and find another similar gift.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered the customized Charcuterie Board and they tried to send only the utensils. I even sent a picture and the order confirmation. They may profess to be a “Christian Company”, - but they sure don’t act like it.

I wouldn't even give them one star. It appears this company is a scam. Ordered two charcuterie boards. Bank account was charged immediately but no other information on delivery or the product. When I researched it further, it appears to be a scam company
Scammers!
No update on shipping status after a month of waiting. Ordered charcuterie boards, one was personalized, for holiday gifts. I complained by email. Received only 1 of the 4 items I ordered about a week later, but the drawer containing serving utensils that was supposed to slide out from under the board itself was missing! The board was also damaged with deep scratches. I plan to dispute with my credit card company, but it may be too long since I ordered. Obviously a sham company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
Terrible company
Terrible company. Prayer bowls are of much cheaper quality than shown. The “gift pack” does not include the pretty box and filler as is pictured on their site. Customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. Buyer beware.

Disappointing purchase
I ordered the prayer bowl and cards and when it arrived, later than it said, it was so much smaller than expected and of poor quality. I did not get a gift box as shown for which I later found out that you have to purchase the box too! Customer service is not helpful and does not put the customer first. After spending almost $50 for this purchase I find out that they will not take returns unless it is damaged. Beware when dealing with this company. Such a shame when you think you are dealing with. Christian company.

This appears to be an illegitimate company. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from them. SO BUYER BEWARE. When I try to pull up the website for the "supposed company", my Norton warns me it's not a sound website. That is the first problem. You may not see this on Amazon but that is the case for their website. Additionally, I bought a cheesboard and after reading these reviews, cancelled it immediately. They acknowledged the cancellation but have held my money!!!! Told me they refunded it but no refund has EVER showed in my account. They will not win as I have disputed the charges and reported this company Their communications are horrible. AVOID DEALING with them. Go to a reputable company.
HORRIBLE company
HORRIBLE company! The product (prayer bowl) is horrible quality, shallow, cheap wood. Then to return the product, after 2 weeks of super slow responses from their email customer service, they say you have to mail to their Hong Kong warehouse. DO NOT purchase from this company!
I am NOT a happy customer
I am NOT a happy customer! I purchased the red distressed prayer bowl and I received a light wood bowl. I've emailed them 3 times with no response at all. I just called them and you can't even speak to a person. It's a recording saying "we will return your call when we are back from the warehouse or when we return to the office" What a scam!

The Dailey routine chart has toggels and they do not work. I contacted them and their response was because we had written on it that it was now used so they would not replace. Very disappointing and very bad customer service. No idea how they think you would know it doesn't work until you start to use it. Gave them plenty of opportunity to replace and then heard nothing so reluctantly have to let everyone know to purchase elsewhere
Looks like i got scammed
LED Wireless Charging Speaker does not work despite the mobile devices being compatible. Prayer Gift seems like a fly by night shop based in China as the website seems to have disappeared and there is no way to contact them. I wish i had read the reviews here first before rushing with my Christmas gifts purchases. Damn!
Do not do business with this company!!
My item arrived broken. Sent 2 emails never to receive a response. Issued a complaint with Pay Pal... they resolved it by requesting I return it to China for a full refund! Only problem it would cost more to send then the refund. Do not do business with this company!
Horrible customer service!
Horrible customer service!! Paid for expedited shipping and extra prayer cards, didn’t get either and quality was horrible and not as described!! This company will not answer emails either!!!
The worst customer service ever!
The worst customer service ever!! They don't ship on time, they don't use the extra $$ you paid to expedite shipping, and they do NOT respond to customer service emails within 24 hours; sometimes they don't respond at all. There is no other way to contact this company. I found what I wanted on Etsy and received it in two days; maybe the item I purchased from prayer-gift.com will arrive eventually, and after Christmas when I needed it.
Ridiculous customer service
Ridiculous customer service. I have been waiting for over four months for my order. I have asked for a refund and told them what shocking experience this has been and got a crying emoji as a response, no "I'm sorry" or explanation. Terrible customer service do not buy from them. Who knows how long I will wait before I get a refund....
