No Communications Since Order Confirmation
I placed an order on 06/13/26 and the only communication has been that the order (PG22369) was order confirmed, which was 17 calendar days ago. I paid $5.99 for standard shipping. There is no way to check the status of the delivery other than to email their support team, which I have done. I hope to hear back from someone soon.

The only reason I gave it one star was because you can’t leave a zero star! I really wished I had read the reviews before hitting the buy button! I ordered a present for my sister’s 70th birthday in January and never received anything after the confirmation of order and them taking my money. I have sent multiple emails inquiring about my order but no reply. I have looked all over the website but there is no phone number listed only an email address. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Eventhough they give the impression it is a Christian company, it is not.
So disappointed. It is Christmas time and this was a Christmas gift.
I ordered a prayer bowl one month ago. Supposedly the company is in Tennessee. It should not take this long. I have emailed text with no response and there is no phone number for this company. I can’t believe they consider themselves a religious website and have so disappointed me for this Christmas gift.
Broken and wrong
The item I received was poorly packaged and partially broken and I paid for customised writing which was incorrect. I tried contacting the seller on multiple occasions and they didn't reply to any of my attempts.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! We ordered an engraved charcuterie board on 12/7/24. It arrived at the end of January and part of it was missing. Zero help with filing a complaint. I have emailed several times with no response. How can I give a Christmas gift over a month late & with half of it missing. Save yourself time and trouble. Find a reputable business. Scam artists! Lesson learned on our end!

Placed order December 21 as of today January 28 I have not received the 2 prayer bowls I ordered for gifts, I have reached out numerous times NO one will respond all I want is my money back is that to much to ask. This company refuses to answer my emails. It took 1.5 months to receive the charcuterie board that I ordered as a Xmas gift. It was too late for Xmas but when I finally received it, the product was incomplete. Just a poorly engraved board with no drawer and no utensils. There are similar complaints on here, there must be a way to make them refund the money they took from us in a fraudulent manner or send us the promised product!

Can I give it a zero stars? Ordered board for family member for Christmas gift and never received. I’ve written several emails and not even a reply from them to say they’re working on it. Company is a scam and should be removed from PayPal and all other social outlets and media platforms.
Horrible - stay away!!!
Horrible, dishonest company!!! I paid over $100 for a personalized charcuterie board for a Christmas gift, and paid for express shipping. Not only did it take over 2 weeks to receive the board, but everything arrived damaged, the board looks nothing like the way it was advertised (it is scratched, stained, and dented all over), and the plates that came with the board were all shattered. I emailed them a week ago asking for help, have followed up with them repeatedly - NOTHING. These people are complete scam artists, and it's horrible what they're doing to people. Shame on you for treating your customers like this.

Ordered personalized charcuterie boards for Christmas gifts. When I didn't receive them in a timely manner, I email the company at the address provided on their web site but got no response. After several attempts I contacted PayPal since I processed to payment trough them. Their response was that they had forward my concerns to the vendor and that I should work it out with them. Realizing that PayPal wasn't going to be much help, I contacted my credit card and disputed the charge. They said since the charge was to PayPal and they had followed all the rules they determined to charge to be valid. In short, I am still required to pay for the items ordered despite the fact that I have never received them. This company is just out to steal your money and a total fraud. I am appalled that PayPay would do business with such a company. I though I was safe using their service but was obviously mistaken!
Misleading and just the worst. Really.
The only reason I ordered from Prayer Gift and not another company was because of their guaranteed delivery date. It's now 2 weeks past that promised delivery date and 3 weeks past the date of ordering. I understand not all companies have much control once you ship the item, but Prayer Gift made the delivery promise. I've never had this issue with any other company, so I'm led to believe it's entirely their fault and they're misleading their customers. I've sent several emails asking for any sort of update or refund (I paid for their express shipping) and they've not replied at all. Based on the other reviews I don't expect to get my order for another month - if at all. I bet the product is great, but I wouldn't know.
Never received my Christmas gift…
Never received my Christmas gift ordered on 12/4 and paid for expedited shipping. Tried to contact multiple times with no response. Finally told item shipped (would be there in 3-10 days) but never arrived. Contacted again 3 days before Christmas asking for tracking information, no response. Tried to contact them again after Christmas, so far no response. It is now 1/1/25. SCAM….Beware!!! Paid over $100 for my gift…want a refund!!!!
Bad result from doing business with…
Bad result from doing business with this VERY shady business. As others have experienced, I ordered two charcuterie boards with bowls and a slide out drawer with utensils. After taking over a month to arrive, with no communication, I only received the boards and bowls with no drawers and utensils. Their response to my complaint was that I only ordered the boards and not the utensils - which I never even saw as an option - and I would have to order them separately. Since I am not giving them another penny, I'm confident I will never get a satisfactory result but I am filing it with my CC company as fraudulent activity and false advertising - more importantly to aid others and maybe shut them down.

This company is not a reputable company. I ordered 3 charcuterie boards and they did not come as represented. The picture nor the description represent what I was sent. I'm disputing the charge and asking for a full refund, which they are arguing about even though the items were not customized, not of a personal nature, a gift card, or any other item on their list.

Zero stars! This company is a scam, ordered a charcuterie board on Nov 2024 and still no board! Says to email, no phone number that should have been a red flag!! No response! I wish I did more investigating and read these reviews first….you'd think a Christian company would be safe but, these people are a joke they are in Hong Kong not Texas! Facebook should do more due diligence on their advertisers! Same on you FB!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!
