This company refuses to answer my emails. It took 1.5 months to receive the charcuterie board that I ordered as a Xmas gift. It was too late for Xmas but when I finally received it, the product was incomplete. Just a poorly engraved board with no drawer and no utensils. There are similar complaints on here, there must be a way to make them refund the money they took from us in a fraudulent manner or send us the promised product!
