The product is poorly made - cracking, missing pieces, and sliding pieces don’t function properly. They promote a 30 day money back guarantee that I have been trying to get for two weeks now. They want me to ship the product back to Hong Kong and are saying the product is ‘up to standard’. It’s not. I don’t expect to see a refund. Lesson learned!
Product doesn't live up to expectation, and instead of offering the service they promote on their site (guaranteed refund), they either ignore your e-mails or come with ridiculous solutions (shipping back to their warehouse in Hong Kong, at your own costs - LOL). Wouldn't waste a dime at this webshop, I wish I could give them even less stars
