Thank you for your feedback and your input on the pricing. Given the compliance costs and that the manufacturing responsibilities of THAI GPO which is using tax payers money - there is a certain amount of overhead cost which will be higher than manufacturers with different environment such as from India. Neverthless you will be glad to know despite rising costs, inflations, fuel shortage surcharges and challenging overheads, we have maintained prices the same since we started for over 8 years - something that has kept our Thai GPO Generic PrEP affordable at less than a good dinner cost for one month supply of PrEP for many of our clients. Delivery staff offered to deliver to my hotel and even waited for me for an hour plus! Impressive service and coordination! Loved how efficient they are in the responses and customer needs. My prescription was more than a month old from DSC clinic and they even went the extra mile to call the clinic on my behalf to work through how to have my order processed. 10/10 will recommend!

Delivery service and staff didn’t update me about my delivery. No one was at home. The least they could do is to contact me and inform me that delivery has failed and require me to collect at SingPost. First time purchasing and experiencing such a bad service. I wouldn’t recommend

Whilst we have terms and conditions for the program you are under shown during sign up and during checkout of your order that we do not provide contact/call on delivery or post-delivery failure, a shipping notice and tracking number is sent to clients to monitor status of their parcels.
