WE RESEARCHED A COMPANY THAT COULD PRODUCE A CUSTOM PICTURE OUT OF DIAMOND ART. WE CAME ACROSS A COMP[ANY CALLED PRETTY NEAT CREATIVE.COM . THE WHOLE WEBSITE SPOKE ABOUT DIAMOND ART. SO WE UPLOADED A PHOTO AND REVIEWED OUR ORDER BEFORE THE PURCHASE. IT SHOWED US BEFORE WE PLACED THE ORDER EVERYTHING, HOW MANY BEADS, WHAT TOOLS CAME WITH IT ETC. BOTH MY WIFE AND I WAS EXCITED TO GET THIS FOR A CHRISTMAS PRESENT. RIGHT AFTER I MADE THE ONLINE ORDER AND THE MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM MY CREDIT CARD. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION ON MY ORDER UNTIL FEW DAYS LATER. ALSO IN THAT TIME I TRIED EMAILING AND EVEN PLACING A CALL AND LEAVING MESSAGES. IN HOPES OF GETING MY ORDER NUMBER, TRACKING NUMBER. I COULD NEVER GET ANY ONE TO RESPOND TO MY MESSAGES. UNTIL I TOLD THEM I WOULD CONTACT MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND FILE A CLAIM FOR FRUADULANT PURCHASE. THEN I GET THIS BULL CRAP EMAIL TELLING ME THAT I DIDNT PURCHASE THE DIAMOND ART BUT INSTEAD I BOUGHT PAINT BY NUMBER KIT. IN WHICH I PROMISE YOU I DIDNT.
IF YOU PULL THIS WEBSITE UP YOU CAN SEE FOR YOURSELF THAT IT PROMOTES DIAMOND ART.
THE COMPANY REPRESENTIVE (LYNA) SAID IN ANOTHER EMAIL THAT OTHER PEOPLE HAD BEEN MISLEAD ALSO. SO IF THAT IS THE CASE WHY HAVENT YOU CORRECTED THE WEBSITE. SO NOW THEY WILL NOT CORRECT MY ORDER INSTEAD THEY CLAIM THEY HAVE SHIPPED IT OUT. IN WHICH I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED. BUT WENT AS FAR TO TELL ME TO GIVE THE PAINT BY NUMBER A TRY I MIGHT LIKE IT AND IF I WANTED TO I COULD REORDER WHAT I ORGINALLY WANTED BUT WITH A 30% DISCOUNT. THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. THEY DID A BAIT AND SWITCH AND THEN TRIED TO GET ME TO REORDER. THEY HAVE A SCAM GOING ON.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!

Paint by numbers is our new product and we still sell diamond paintings. These product information and instruction videos are clearly shown on the product pages.
We assure you we didn't scam any customers; we just send the items our customers placed. I've sent you 2 pictures to show you the different product pages with different images, information about 2 products, and another photo of your order #76704.
I'm so sorry that you mistakenly chose a Custom Paint By Number Kit. We emailed you on Nov 28 and 30 and informed you that we would process your order and item if we have not received your response. We're willing to correct your item before processing it but unfortunately, we didn't receive your reply so we went ahead.
This is a customized product so we couldn't exchange it after shipping it out. We apologize for this trouble again and hope you understand.

I ordered a custom diamond painting. When I got it was faded and nothing like the picture. Contacted them they sent me a new one got it in fastest ever recieved a painting and the colors were exact and turned out beautiful!!!.I would recommend this company for everyone!!!
I love this company. Their painting kits are top quality for a really good price. They give great advice when it comes to what is the right size to get for a custom painting to get the best picture without pixelation. I've ordered several custom pictures from them and always been happy. I enjoy the range they offer in their products. I have ordered from them many times and my orders have always arrived.
Very very very slow shipping.
The shipping estimate is very wrong. Also it was known, by the company, that shipping was delayed when I contacted the company week after no update. The company should be telling people there is a delay. Not just letting them wait for over a month. Still have not received my purchase.

After a long holiday, we have many orders to process so the processing time takes longer than usual. Therefore, we've shipped your parcel of order 42832 for a week.

I love prettyneat creative diamond paintings, excellent quality in canvas and beads, I did this one on square diamonds, I love it. I also prefer the green diamond holder, dimonds dont fall out.my picture is beautiful!!
I just received my diamond painting kit today I want to say that it is awesome. the symbols are easy to see, the parchment is soft and it came in perfect condition .couldn't ask for a better diamond painting
I never received email confirmation nor an order number for this purchase. I also never received tracking information for the item. Finally, the item never arrived. The only thing this company has delivered has been a bunch of spam and this "how did we do?" survey. Thank goodness I used PayPal to purchase it, so I can hopefully get a refund.

The reason I gave 5 stars is because the staff and the products are excellent. Quick customer service and friendly. The product was very sticky, clear and easy to read and the drills were great.
This is my first try at diamond painting. The kit turned up in excellent condition in a couple of weeks. I have placed a second order hence the 5 star rating, and look forward to it's arrival. I find it very enjoyable but the downside is that time passes too quickly when working on it!!
The colors don't match the photo that I sent you. I'm afraid there's too much blue looking colors should be more tan colors various shades. I don't know whether I should start on it or not. I spent a lot of money for this picture to not be pleased with it.

The colors on the canvas you see isn't the real colors after you complete it. It based on the colors of the drills. Please don't worry and give it a try.

Had a little mishap ordering my custom diamond painting, for some reason my photo did not upload.. the company reached out through email immediately and even offered to make sure my photo was done properly in sizing. Now I’m just waiting to receive it. I adore this company for all its amazing items and kits. ☺️
