The picture is lovely. No issues.
My complaint is reading some of the symbols in the darker sections of the picture. Having to use a magnifying glass. Please use symbols that are clearer and easier to use.

Hi Pat,
I'm so sorry for this matter. Are you mentioning the London Street picture of order 42629?
If you need a file of your canvas to see the symbols clearer, please don't hesitate to email us at [email protected] then we can help you further.
Thank you!
Lyna
I used to get my paintings from another company.. not anymore! Your customer service is by far the best. And I like the fact that your product comes shipped I a tube rather than just rolled up.. no chance of anything being destroyed in the mailing process. Your prices are excellent and shipping time seems so short.. thank you
Great staffs helpful and respect because I am deaf I don’t understand see video talk I don’t know what they say but they say no worry translate subtitles on video for me and message Facebook me really help me lots that why I love Prettyneatcreative really good and 100% thank you for help me ❤️
I did place an order, but it became sold out. Therefore, I was advised immediately of a re-choice of refund or another painting.
So all in all, this was a very successful dealing with PNC.
The quality of pretty neat creative is outstanding, their canvas, their drills, everything! It really makes doing great a diamond painting pleasurable! The customer service is also top quality!
Customer service is excellent.
I have had a few delivery issues in recent months, where the package or item I ordered had to be resent. This is disappointing, but customer service reps., great to deal with to resolve these issues.
Rating is slightly lower due to these delivery issues.
I wish there was a way that packages would not get lost in transit.
I really like the quality of Pretty Neat Creative products, and will continue to place orders.
Thanks.
As guaranteed visible symbols, good quality drills. Delivery was fast, package arrived perfectly. The little tool bag is really neatly packed, the tweezers are amazing. The canvas itself came without any damage, the colours are stunning. Ordered a very large size one, it came with 60 different colours, it gives back so many details on the full picture. The handbook with all colours and dmc numbers is very helpful!
