Customer service is excellent. I have had a few delivery issues in recent months, where the package or item I ordered had to be resent. This is disappointing, but customer service reps., great to deal with to resolve these issues. Rating is slightly lower due to these delivery issues. I wish there was a way that packages would not get lost in transit. I really like the quality of Pretty Neat Creative products, and will continue to place orders. Thanks.
