We’re sorry to hear that the colors of your cards did not meet your expectations. In order to investigate the issue thoroughly, we request photos as part of our standard quality assurance process. Unfortunately, without that information, we weren’t able to assess what may have gone wrong. As a first-time customer, we’ve issued you a full refund as a gesture of goodwill. We hope you’re able to find a printing service that aligns well with your needs in the future.

We're sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your cards. Upon review, our file processing team did send the following message prior to printing: "We have a concern with your files. There can be a shift of up to 1/16" in any direction during trimming. This means we cannot guarantee even border margins, and artwork may not be centered once trimmed." The proofs were approved as-is and not edited before going to print. We provide these warnings in advance to help prevent potential issues and ensure the best possible outcome. If you'd like to open a Quality Assurance case, you can do so directly through your account dashboard. A member of our QA team would be happy to review your order and offer guidance on how to minimize trimming shift in the future. We're always here to help if there’s an issue with your final product.
