From what we can tell from the photos sent to us, the issue is a bit difficult to verify or confirm remotely - and that is why we did ask you afterward to provide us some additional details, especially from that tire mechanic, as it could dispel any and all confusion about this and allow us to help you with a return. Aside from that, we do apologize if your initial reply was too rash or premature, but we will do what we can to rectify that, fairly review your concern and provide a helpful outcome. Key components for great value, and the tires themselves will impress as well!

No fuss, no hassle, we just provide good tires at good prices, all with speedy deliveries! We're happy that you're impressed and will keep working hard to do even better!

In almost all cases, all of the tires in a given order are all sent out from the same warehouse, as one larger co-linked set of multiple-piece packages - and then they're almost always delivered together without issue. With that said, sometimes the carrier can split them up just by happenstance at their facilities, while it's not impossible for a few orders here and there to require shipping from more than one warehouse. Overall, we do hope that you received all of the tires safely and on time, and do apologize if the split delivery caused any inconvenience.

We're glad to provide you with a super experience from start to finish, just as per usual! Thank you!

We do endeavor to get our customers all of the tires they need, quickly and safely!

Getting the right tires is important, as is getting them on time - we're glad to be of help!

Our affiliated installers program does allow customers such as yourself to ship to one of our partner installers, which does completely eliminate the need to transport the tires - and alternatively you can also use the mobile installer option to ship to your home, and have the installer mount them there, too! We're still working to expand and improve this program, so it will only yet get better! Thank you!

All you would ever need, really - quality, convenience and value!

We're sorry to hear that the incorrect tires were ordered! Although we are not able to offer free returns for such cases at this time, we do try to make things easier by offering our own return method - in this case, the quoted price was the best we could manage with our business account, and for such large tires it is sadly a bit unavoidable to have costly shipping. With that said, we'll naturally help with a replacement or refund, per your preference, upon the return being finalized. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

The majority of our orders are indeed delivered in just about 2 days, and we're glad yours was no different - we are glad that our customers can get their orders quickly yet safely, and our logistics will only yet be improved! Thank you for your support!

We'll check if there's an ability to process a courtesy partial refund, assuming you had not used a different coupon. With that said, we're confident you'll get awesome value regardless!

We appreciate your detailed review and understanding - all photos are representative in nature, which we do try to highlight alongside a disclaimer that rims are not included (with a few rare exceptions). Of course, we strive to be both convenient and transparent, so we'll see if we can make things more intuitive. Thank you and we'll make sure your next order is even better!
