Great tires for good price thought the delivery would had came sooner
I bought 4 trailor tires one was defective i contacted the seller for a return or replacemrnt i got no return or replacement. Awful customer service i will NEVER BUY FROM THE AGAIN ALL MILITARY AVOID DO NOT BUY ANYTHIBG FROM THIS BUISNESS
Priority Tire does all it can to send out safe and functional NEW tires to all customers - all tires are supplied from the manufacturers or their official distributors, carefully handled and stored in climate-controlled warehouses. If a tire arrives damaged, we'll take it back right away with a Free Return for a replacement or refund! If you mount and use the tires and encounter a problem you suspect is a defect, the return policy does not apply, but you can and should still contact us - and we'll gladly help by offering and processing the manufacturer's warranty. When that process is finalized and if the defect can be confirmed, we can indeed help with a replacement or refund! Our customer service is geared towards helping all customers however we can, always in an appropriate and forthcoming way. We're not sure what has gotten you so upset, but we would ask you for some understanding and cooperation, and we'll surely be able to solve the issue for you! Thank you.

Ordered tire from them tire arrives with a dip in the threads as if the tire was separating. Tire store didn’t mount it so I Call priority tire for a replacement and was told the tire manufacturer said the tire was made that way.

From what we can tell from the photos sent to us, the issue is a bit difficult to verify or confirm remotely - and that is why we did ask you afterward to provide us some additional details, especially from that tire mechanic, as it could dispel any and all confusion about this and allow us to help you with a return. Tires were supposed to arrive all together. Tracking showed a monday delivery for both sets.Somehow the tires got redirected.
In almost all cases, all of the tires in a given order are all sent out from the same warehouse, as one larger co-linked set of multiple-piece packages - and then they're almost always delivered together without issue. With that said, sometimes the carrier can split them up just by happenstance at their facilities, while it's not impossible for a few orders here and there to require shipping from more than one warehouse. Overall, we do hope that you received all of the tires safely and on time, and do apologize if the split delivery caused any inconvenience.

Our affiliated installers program does allow customers such as yourself to ship to one of our partner installers, which does completely eliminate the need to transport the tires - and alternatively you can also use the mobile installer option to ship to your home, and have the installer mount them there, too! The tires arrived quickly. I have now sent them back due to them being the wrong size and had to pay $120 to ship them back so we will see when I get refunded.

The price, the ordering, and the delivery. The tires were the exact tire that fits this mower. All good with my experience with Priority Tire. I would express the tires were just the tires, and not with rims. That did not bother me but the pictures show it on new rims. Good all around and I will buy from Priority Tire again.
