The price of the tires. I have ordered tires from Priority before and was very pleased.
Be it the 1st or 100th order, we strive to keep things great - from the prices through the service and shipping, we aim to provide all customers with undeniable value. Thank you for your support!
I had a great experience with Priority Tire. I ordered a set of four tires for my son’s Volkswagen Beetle, and the entire process was exactly as promised. The price was excellent, shipping was included, and the tires arrived at my door in just a few days. FedEx delivered everything in perfect condition, and the tires were exactly what I ordered. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that delivers on its promises with no surprises. I’m very pleased with my purchase, would absolutely recommend Priority Tire to anyone looking for a great deal on tires, and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again when it’s time to replace the tires on my other vehicle.
Such a detailed yet down-to-Earth is truly awesome to see, it's the perfect reminder what this is all about! We appreciate you taking the time to write this out, especially as reassurance that we're doing things the right way. As much as we can, we'll keep trying our best to perform like this for all customers day-in, day-out. Thank you!

We're glad to have you back working with us and we'll make sure every single one of your orders is fantastic!
Shipping, service and, well, the tires themselves - everything should be fast, safe and high-quality! We're glad to impress!
We're glad that you found some tires that not only perform well, but also appeal aesthetically - it's the little details, after all!

Great selection, awesome service, and quick delivery.
Sounds like you had an all-around useful and convenient experience just as we'd hope you would! Thank you!
Even though my entire order didn't arrive initially, it was easy to reach customer service, and they quickly sent a replacement. The service was prompt, friendly, and made the process hassle-free. I really appreciated how efficiently they resolved the issue.
We're most glad that we were able to leave an overall positive impression, despite what sounds like an unlucky mishap - thank you for your patience, understanding and cooperation! Our teams do all they can to get every customer exactly what they want and need, and we're glad we could do that for you here!
Easy to place an order. Fast Delivery and great communication. A++++++
From the website through the delivery and down to the tires themselves, we try to ensure that everything about shopping with us is indeed A+! Thank you for your kind words!
Order was delivered on time and complete set was delivered at once
Whenever possible, we do try to ensure that all of our tires are delivered together - and right on time, too! We're most happy to hear that you're impressed with your order!
the carrier lost tire for two days , putting me out of work for two days.
We can indeed see that there was an unfortunate and unexplained 2-day processing delay at the carrier's facility - this is indeed most unlucky, and we do earnestly apologize on both their and our behalf. Please know that we work with both FedEx and UPS, and that for the vast majority of orders all deliveries are done quickly and without issue - considering that you've ordered from us a bunch of times, you yourself certainly know this! Obviously you do run a business and we know that time is money, so we understand that the delay was most inappropriate, even if the order still did arrive within the advertised 1-6 business days. Although we'll keep working on improving our services further day in and day out, we'll also help you by accommodating - it seems that you had not thus far applied for the Premier Dealer program, but we'll happily enable that for you, which will help you with great savings on each and every order! Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
