Almost always are our tires delivered in one big bundle, but sometimes tires can be set aside and delivered on different days by the carriers - it's a bit unusual that there was a separation of a few hours here, but ultimately we're glad that you received all of your tires in a timely manner! If you did not mount the tires and sent us a few simple photos, we're more than willing and able to help with a FREE RETURN for a replacement or refund! Aside from that, although we do sell tires of variable ages, we do always ensure that they are in NEW condition: never mounted, used or modified, without any known flaws or defects, and stored exclusively in climate-controlled warehouses. Please do indeed email us again with more details and photos of the tires, and we'll be more than ready to review the matter - if we made a mistake, we'll be happy to own up to it! We can advise that standard order confirmation and tracking emails were sent out - and we even contacted you proactively a week ago to ask about your concerns in light of a payment dispute we unexpectedly received. After investigating, we can now see two things. Firstly, all of our outgoing emails were blocked and failed to deliver, which explains why you did not receive them on your end. It seems that this was somehow done on your end, either by you personally or automatically by your email provided. Secondly, your email to us from 8 days ago was sent to our Spam folder, so no one in our customer service was aware of it, sadly. With that said, we do apologize if you tried to reach us via phone call or live chat - our lines can get quite busy, and we're doing all we can to respond to everyone. Now, we can't see any missed calls on the phone number we have on file, so we have to assume you used a different phone number.
