Priority Tire LLC

We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. We hope to serve you again soon.

We're glad that you liked the shipping and price! On our end, we do have various payment methods, and we do work with manufacturers to offer varied rebates as well, but may not have the option to offer a specific credit card reward as eBay does. Environmental fees are something we as a retailer simply must collect on every sale, but do believe that eBay simply folds that into pricing and miscellaneous fees/taxes without highlighting it like we do. With all of that in mind, we're glad to have you aboard and think you'll find great long-term value!

We estimate orders for 1-6 business day deliveries, but our efforts and logistics align to ensure that as many customers as possible get their tires within just 1-2 days! Thank you!

We do try hard to provide great value, exactly when and where you need it!

We do apologize if that was the case! Tracking numbers - and related updates - are always sent out via email, but sadly it's possible that a glitch occurred. Please allow us to identify your order so that we can investigate and make sure such glitches don't happen again!

Please know that our agents answer hundreds of calls, live chats and emails each and every day - we're simply dealing with overwhelming traffic right now. Of course, we do still apologize to you, and assure you that we're taking steps to improve our methodology and capacity alike! Thank you for your understanding.

We do all we can to offer excellent tires, and we're glad our shipping can match that quality!

A perfect experience from start to finish is what we'd hope to provide each and every time! Thank you!

We try day-in, day-out to provide splendid service for all of our customers!

We're glad that everything was to your liking, and do appreciate your review! Thank you!

All orders with Priority Tire will be, always!

We strive to offer the best possible combination of price, quality and service - and so we do appreciate your kind review! Your next order will be even better, believe it or not!

We can confirm that all 4 were shipped out together, but sadly one of them was split-up during transit and delivered separately, despite all of them being part of a co-linked set of 4! This is something that can sometimes happen just by pure happenstance, so we do apologize on our and the carrier's behalf. Although our shipping methodology will continue to improve, we'll try to help you out a bit here by processing a courtesy partial refund as a token of our apology! Thank you!

Our shipping is geared to ensure swift deliveries for as many orders as can be, and we're glad that you liked it here!

Shipping must always be streamlined and convenient, and we're glad to provide that to you and all other customers!

We can advise that we try to avoid any hazardous or improper stacking, especially as we know that certain tires are more susceptible to losing shape due to such a thing. With that said, accidents can happen in spite of best precautions, so we do apologize if we sent you tires in such condition! You can always contact us about something like this via email to [email protected] with some supporting photos, and we'll be sure to use it to improve quality assurance! Thank you.

We're glad to have you aboard as one of our affiliated installers!

We ensure you always receive exactly what you need - and quickly!

We apologize, but for such harsh words and accusations we'd ask you to clarify and elaborate on what type of treatment you believe occurred. Our agents are instructed and directed to be helpful and polite, but they certainly won't back down if they are abused or otherwise mistreated. Per our logs, you requested a return here and requested a free return, but that was denied as there were no grounds for it. Please do provide an explanation for your review - we're always trying to improve and we do engage in regular quality assurance, so we do take matters like this seriously. Thank you for your cooperation and apologies for any inconvenience.

This is excellent to hear, and we do think you'll be satisfied with the tires themselves, too!
