Pristine Auction

Hello Herman, Sorry to hear you didn't find a hit this time! Mystery boxes are a game of chance, so specific items are never a guarantee. If you have your heart set on a certain piece, buying it directly is always the safest bet. More details can be found in our FAQs: https://pristineauction.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/22381208062359-Mystery-Boxes

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We’ve thoroughly reviewed your account history and found no previous record of concerns regarding redemptions or missing mystery box items. All of our boxes remain sealed from third-party manufacturers; we take pride in our integrity and can guarantee that no items are removed by our team. Regarding the delivery issues from 2024, the carrier confirmed those packages as delivered at the time. If you have new documentation from the carrier, we are always happy to take a look, but we stand by the transparency of our process. While we did provide a courtesy resolution for you last summer, as a gesture of goodwill. We aim to be fair to all our customers while upholding our policies.

Hello Russell, We have confirmed that you placed the winning bid on the item in question. Our records, including the IP address used for that bid and previous bids, verify this activity (as shown in the screenshots previously provided via email to you). Please note that "Second Chance" offers are independent of the auction outcome and are made available to multiple participants, including the winner. Per our User Agreement, placing a winning bid constitutes a commitment to purchase. If checkout is not completed within 7 days, the payment method on file will be automatically charged and that is the action that took place. Thank you
