Ricky, I am sorry to hear that you some issues. To note, this review is being made about a year after your initial contact with us. Reviewing the notes and emails, this was due to a possible warranty issue with the parts. Though we are a dealer for the parts, we are not set to service any parts. As such, warranties for most parts are filed directly with the manufacturer. This is requirement for most manufacturers as well. This both ensures that people very familiar with the parts are looking into the matter and proper troubleshooting procedures are done. When you emailed in, we did explain this and provided you with their contact info and the necessary proof of purchase as well. If there was an issue, the manufacturer will certainly help resolve the issue and contact us if they require any additional info from us.
