Smooth process to move in. There was a problem with the plumbing in the first week and real estate sorted it out very quickly

They are too blurry for me to wear.

Bracelet is great but too big

Bracelet is great but too big. Annoyed that i had to purchase a tool to fix it. Offering bracelet sizes would help.

Unfortunately I ordered a castor oil…

Unfortunately I ordered a castor oil roller ball from them. I thought it was a US company but it is definitely a Chinese company. I buy things from China but I would not buy it Cosmetics from China. The charge was to the company called Thunderbolt Motors. I definitely wouldn't have bought facial products from a company called anything Motors. Makes me wonder what's in the bottle cuz it sure doesn't feel like any castor oil I've ever had. Not only that, The rollerball for this is definitely plastic and not rose quartz as it says on their ad and the bottle. The charge was for $54.12, my initial charge was to be $41.63. When I complained to the company they offered me a refund of $3. What an insult I say they're definitely a scam and do not buy anything from them.

It arrived in a timely manner

It arrived in a timely manner. I was charged a little more on my credit card than what the price stated on my invoice. I wrote and told them about the difference and they immediately corrected my credit card to the correct amount and apologized.

I received just what I ordered

I received just what I ordered. Notifications of order status came often. Very pleased with this seller.

Lots of communication

Lots of communication, and fast delivery

Scam

I ordered a World Cup poster for $29.98, and they charged my credit card $39.98 and would not reimburse me for the erroneous charge. The item I received was nothing like the picture, and I asked to return it for a full refund. They refused and offered me $6. This is totally unacceptable. This company is a scam. DO NOT BUY anything from them.
