评价综述
AI 生成Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the website is extremely easy to navigate and allows them to find clear travel options effortlessly. Travelers find the online booking process to be smooth, efficient, and straightforward, enabling them to complete their ticket reservations in just a few minutes. However, some customers also noted that they were charged unexpectedly high fees and steep markups compared to booking directly through the official train operators. Some reviewers were dissatisfied with a perceived lack of transparency regarding service charges and hidden costs discovered after completing their purchases.

What a scam
What a scam! The face value of my tickets was 99.5 euro yest they charged me $240. I contacted customer service and was offered Ninja Cash but since I would have to buy more over priced tickets that is worthless. Save your money and just buy direct.
Great easy to use site

Bait and switch
Bait and switch. Overpaid on rail tickets by 50% then they switched 3 business class seats to economy 2nd class. I was offered a minor refund for the ticket downgrade by an argumentative sales person - but no refund on a product I didn't buy.
