I paid for the programme and got nothing. It is forbidden to ask my identity when I buy yiur oroduct. Are you grazy? Do what you have to do and sent my code or whatever to get used the wondershare.
I paid for the programme, but didin't receive anything. No code, nor sign, nor confirmation, nothing! These quys don't do what they promise. So be very carefull by paying. Till now I have a crashed hard disk and wondershare recoverit remains a bad dream. Wondershare is a trapp. Tell it to others. They are cowboys with only commercial intentions and not to help you.

Bought this to recover deleted photos on iMac. Approx 1,700 images. Ran the software and over 1,5000,000 files were recovered. Seolecrted jpeg files but none if the recovered files could be opened. AI repair function failed for every file. Process for claiming a refund is tortuous requiring you to upload an impossible amount of detail and confirmation of the problem not being resolved through technical support.

Accidentally deleted a bunch of files off a memory stick and thought I had lost them for good as did not delete via Waste Bin.
Recoverit managed to salvage and recreate all the files perfectly, what a life saver !

My account was charged $74.19. I did not authorize the charge. I could not talk directly with anyone from Wondershare. I filed on their website but no response. I had to dispute the charge and change my banking information. The bank said they were very suspect the way the money was routed.
