Misleading and deceptive download advertising I searched specifically for DiskGenius, but Wondershare advertised Recoverit against that search and redirected me to its own download page. I ended up downloading and installing a completely different product that I never intended to use. This felt like a deliberate attempt to capture users searching for another product. I uninstalled Recoverit immediately and will avoid Wondershare products in the future.

My sons SD-card crashed with 100 of photos and videos, an absolutely priceless treasure that i wanted back. I found Recovierit through Google and really thought that this program would be helpful, instead it just added more stress to an already stressful situation. I still don't have the photos and I've also lost $75. Downloaded the software and scanned my SD-card for 4 hours. To download you needed a subscription and I was willing to pay. I asked their chatbot how to buy premium, and followed the link. Purchased what i thought was premium, however still couldn't download my files and was informed that i needed to upgrade to premium. Followed the link in the pop up in the software itself and in checkout the product was named "Upgrade to premium". Did i get premium? No, instead i now have 2 identical subscription plans. Only chatbot on the website so I emailed their support only to find that it is also operated by chatbot. The chatbot in the e-mail asked me to send a ticket through the software itself, using their feedback-feature. Surprise surprise, it was answered right away via chatbot! I give up. I've submitted a refund request but I have little to no hope in seeing my money again. To have such a poorly service and customer service is beyond me.
