Faulty Remote, No Response to Queries ??
Purchased a Remote for My Old Sony SACD Player in July 2026 which i received by post to Ireland Reasonably quickly When i received the Remote i followed the instruction which came in the packaging but there was no response which led me to believe the Remote is faulty , I have since sent three queries to see if anybody can help me ,but so far i have had no response. Not even a quick reply to say my query is being looked after. This is terrible customer support . !!

Remotes world really know their stuff & they get back to you very quickly if you have a problem or a question. (Unlike most other on-line retailers!)
Bad product, no response to communication
The remote I ordered did NOT replace all the buttons on the original remote, only half. Important buttons like volume up and down, channel up/down and the menu button do not work. The remote page promises that it replicates every button on the original remote! They did not respond to either email or support ticket either. Low effort company, didn't even bother to properly test the remote against the product, stay away!

Denon AVR 3200 remote
The remote I ordered di not work at first. I contacted Remotes and they responded by email after several days. They researched my model Denon AVR 3200 and sent a link to reprogram the remote. One link was for IOS and the other was for Android. I could not get the IOS link to work and exchanged several more emails with Remotes. Eventually they went silent. After several more days passed I thought to try the Android link on an old Android tablet I still had. That link worked perfectly and after the update the remote works with my AVR.

Great customer service! There was an issue with the remotes at first, but they were prompt at resolving the issue with a simple firmware patch. very efficient and the patch was very easy to use and fixed my problem.

The remote wasnt working initially, so I let RW. They got back to me with instructions to remedy. Now it works. I only wish that the instructions were included with the remote.

Do not waste your time and more importantly your money with this bunch of con artists. Advertise specific remote controls and then send you some £3.00 load of crap. Tell you it will work if you program it. Absolute nonsense, how can a remote for a TV work with a hifi system. ?
Solution found and now very happy
The remote was the only one I could find for my TEAC sound system. It work fine but for one function. I reported this to the vendor and they have been very persistent in finding a solution so that the remote now does everything I want it to. I would definitely recommend this vendor

I bought a remote for my Panasonic PV7451 VCR as the remote that came with it on amazon was missing functions that I need. The remote is very solide and has a good feeling holding it. As the remote arrived it wouldn't work so I contacted the support. I got immediate response and very helpful assistance, by downloading an app, input my ordernumber and then activate my remote once again. It works perfectly. Very convenient and easy.
Works great with Yamaha KX 580
Took a little while to arrive but it works fine with my Yamaha KX 580 cassette deck. Given how hard it is to find original remotes for these, I'm very happy.
