They sent me a generic remote that won't even turn the machine on, and has no recording facility. What a joke. Silly me I guess. BUYER BEWARE when dealing with Remotes World. The are THIEVES.

They also need to make customers aware that, even though when you purchase the amount is in sterling GB£, you are actually charged in US$ thus incurring a fee from your credit card company. i bought a remote for my a/v stereo system. I told them the remote # needed. I told the the make + model of the system. They sent me the wrong remote. They told me to update the remote vie computer. I told them it wouldn't change the names on the remote. As there is NO button with the name i needed to do the things i need to do with the a/v system.i hope people see this b 4 they order something from Remotes World.

Fake and Fraud website

I made Order: #74844234 with Tracking Yes option on 26 May 2019 but no remote received till today 09 Jul 2019. When I opened ticket for this order on the website they are giving third class response like: 1) Their response: You had chosen delivery without Tracking so we not responsible whether it is delivered or not. Realty: I HAD SELECTED TRACKING YES OPTION ONLY. THEY CHANGED IT. They change options so they don't need to deliver product nor refund money. 2) Their response: You made mistake while ordering and you don't know How to order? Realty: I AM ORDERING GOODS ONLINE FROM LAST 10 YEARS AND COMPLETELY AWARE ABOUT ORDERING GOODS ONLINE. This web site is completely fake/fraud site who cheats people. Edit on 7/18/2019: Remotes World is adding reply to my review that they resolved issue but issue was not resolved. Issue will be resolved only if I get my product or refund. Neither I got product nor the refund so issue is not resolved.

Don't use this company

Don't use this company. My daughter who didn't have an income ordered a remote control. We were told it was delivered but never receive this item. remotes world will not entertain us and refer us back to the shipping company who tells us or claim is with remotes world. Shop somewhere else

Bad Experience - Warning!!!

Bad experience - I work as the IT Tech at a school in the UK and we ordered just 1 remote. They said it had been delivered but it hadn't and after many emails to chase for the remote, they said this: Hello, Mrs XXXXX Jones, If the parcel is delivered, we will not refund money. Solve this problem with Royal Mail. __________________________________ Poor response in my opinion, we have no remote and we have paid for the item and we won't receive it by the looks of things. NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! They will send you any remote that doesn’t work! They pretended to help me and when I said I’ll send it back and you can send me the correct one I got no response. I continued to send emails and they just ignored me! SCAMMERS! In response - yes I got responses and was told I had to somehow plug the remote into my computer and reset it. I don’t have the ability to do that. I ordered a remote that was meant to work - I shouldn’t then be told I have to plug it into a computer and load software. Send me reply paid details and I’ll send it back and you can send the the correct one I paid for. I would then expect it to work.

RIPOFF!! Do not order from this site

Made an order on 17.03.2019. Payment went through, I didn't receive an order confirmation. Tried to log in to my "account" on 28.03.2019 using supplied password but it didn't work. Logged a ticket but I've had no reply and received no remote control. Can only conclude I've been scammed. Do not buy from this website

SCAMMED ON MY REPLACEMENT REMOTE

Hi I bought a SONY RM-U306B replacement remote control from remotes world China in the first week of January, payment was successful, it was difficult to get my order to me since then until I 26/03/2019, when I got the shock of my life to find that inside the package was a remote with no name of the manufacture but the manual paper had the photo of the remote that I had ordered.I thought they were a reputable company and i was wrong!

December 28 December 28, ordered a remote for my LG 50PV250N. Payment was succesful, delivery not so and response from support has turned out to be a remote world aka not existing. I do suspect the site to be pure scam, collecting peoples money and sending out no goods. Opened a ticket at january 19, No response. It might have status as delivered, but not at my address and not to me..
