Remote ordered, after 6 weeks no delivery. Phone (Oekraïne or Poland?) is not answered. Chat no responding. No contact possible. Scam? Remote was paid by creditcard.....
The parcel returned because you did not provide the house number. We returned the money. Chatting answered you within 24 hours. We have written you an e-mail. We have offered you solutions to the problem. But you do not answer us.
The only way they got a star was so I could write a review. Do not deal with this company. I returned the remote to the address on the front of the package, I did not know that it was sent from a depot in Canada, that was the only address I had. They would not return my money because they said they did not receive the remote which cost me $14.80 to send and wont get back. Finally after many many emails they have decided after my treats to send money, I hope it does show on my account card.
You have been reimbursed for your purchase. The remote control was not returned to us, and therefore we suffered losses. To return the goods back, you need to ask the address. It is not pleasant when you do everything possible to help the buyer, but you get a low rating.
I got a remote control that not work. I have sendt several mail- NO ANSWERS. I have asked for a new produkt or my money back. They do not care. I am customer from Noway så what can I do. So I will advice others to not buy product from this company.

5Does not work. Very long shipping. It was supposed to be pre programmed but nothing works on my bell expressvue dish. Doesn't seem to be compatible, 3 days and still no fix, tried there fix and didn't work. now no responses. Money refunded, they back up their product.
The problem will be resolved soon. It happens that the code is not compatible as there are two revisions of the same device.
I needed a replacement remote controller for my Canton DM50 and second hand replacement is over £50 - which is a bit steep for a remote. Did a search and found Remotes World. A replacement controller using a bog standard generic remote controller programmed up was under £12, tracking P/P @ £4.0. A no brainer. From ordering to delivery was 11 days. Tracking is easy too via the web link provided. Came well packaged with a sheet telling you which buttons have been programmed. I put in a couple of AAA batteries pressed the on button and ta-da the Canton switched on and all the other buttons worked correctly. Very, very pleased with the controller and the over all service. My remote came with no instructions on operation. The unit has many buttons which have symbols or are not labeled. I am not able to make this remote do anything but turn my VCR on or off. It may be able to do more but without instructions it's useless.
Support has sent you a list of buttons. We will find out why it happened that the list was not sent to you along with the remote control. We hope that this will not happen again.
The remote was affordable, and arrived quickly. It worked great with my device straight out of the box. Sure it isn't the branded remote, but it was much cheaper yet has the same functionality. The only complaint I would possibly have is the tracking never was properly updated. However, I ordered the remote on a Friday, and it arrived the next Tuesday. I didn't really even get a chance to worry about it before the remote arrived.

After weeks of fafing around the Remote unit arrived from China. The unit does not work. But I cannot be Bothered with the time, cost and energy it would take to return it to China.
No need to send back. The remote control can be reprogrammed. If the remote control does not work, then we will refund the money. Write in support. We will solve the problem quickly.
Remote arrived faster than expected although from China which i expected. It functions with our Marantz receiver just like it said it would. Great buy for replacement remote.
