No support from the remotes world. The remote is not working. And when asked they send a link to download and to reprogram the remote which is not possible.
We have sent you instructions. Please try to reprogram. If the remote control does not work, then we will refund the money.
Remote only did some of the functions I needed. It was not really a remote for my unit even though it claimed to be for my exact model number.

Horrible experience. The remote I purchased was a reap off. All it does is turn my receiver on and off. It also helps to increase and decrease the volume. Every other thing on it is fake. I regret ever buying the remote.
Please note that to switch sources you need to press the Shift button and then the buttons with numbers. See the list of buttons that is attached to the remote control. Also the list was sent to our mail.

Took forever to come here and when it did arrive the remote was very different than the original. I realise that you can't get it the same but it was for a DVD player - not a TV! On top of that, the channel buttons no longer work unless you point the remote directly at the IT receiver. Would not buy again.
It is a pity that you did not like the remote control. The original remote control is more expensive. A true image of the remote control is on the site when placing an order.
