I can't find Input functions BUT other than that, It works good

Product is as described and saves me from buying a new surround set. Have been searching for a while for a good remote, this is the only one I found. If the picture matched the remote i received the instructions might be easier to understand I got this remote with 37 buttons on it and all i can use is the on/off volume,mute, select radio or TV. the rest I have no idea and the piece of paper does not even apply to my remote. . If you want to listen to the radio you hit TV. If you want to listen to the TV you hit #7. Now how confusing is that? I found that out by just hitting the buttons. I have no idea how to change the radio stations with the remote. IM PROBABLY NOT THE PERSON TO ASK FOR A FAVORABLE REVIEW.

The item I received was compatible with the console but not an original remote. Thus it doesn’t have the same menu buttons as the original and takes a significant amount of time and effort to figure out how to operate the item I received, lacking an operating manual. However, the item arrived in a timely manner and in excellent condition.

I received my replacement remote on-time (thank you!!) it is for a sony sound bar and i upgraded to the Luxury v2 model that has buttons for dvd sat aux tv. there are no instructions how to program the remote so my client doesn't have to have two other remotes out, one for the TV, one for the cable box and the sound bar remote.

I purchased my remote over 2 weeks ago and I have sent numerous emails to the email contact and no response. I also submitted several tickets and would you know it no response again. What’s worse is that I paid extra for tracking and a shorter delivery timeframe. I would’ve appreciated some communication so I didn’t have to review this so poorly. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of service and will make sure I inform others to never use remote world as their online remote replacement outlet!
The transport company did not work until February 10 due to the coronavirus in China. We have already started sending packages. Sorry for delay. We will refund shipping costs or cancel the order.
I had a problem with the remote I was sent, but customer service patiently saw me through it. They supported me absolutely, and led me to a fix that worked. I was very grateful to have been dealt with so fairly and conscientiously. I would highly recommend both their products and their service based on my happy experience.

I placed an order with them & paid on 24/01/20 and since then heard nothing anymore. Send some e-mails to request information and also no response. Very disappointing about the delivered service so far...
We did not receive a letter from you. Does your email address differ from the email address specified in the order? On the 24th, the New Year holidays in China began. The transport company does not work because of the coronavirus in China. Parcel will be shipped after February 10th. Possibly quarantine will be extended. Sorry for delay. If you can’t wait, we will refund the money.
